| 520 | |a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم أثر السياسات الحكومية الخاصة بانتشار (كوفيد 19)، لا سيما سياسة الإغلاق العام (المتغير المستقل) على وظائف الوسيلة الإعلامية، (المتغير التابع في هذه الدراسة). نريد أن يكون فهم هذا الأثر منحصراً في إطار العلاقة بين الإعلام والسياسة، هذه العلاقة التي نرى منذ البداية أنها تتحكم في ترتيب أولويات وظائف الإعلام، أي أن العلاقة في الظروف العادية ثابتة في الدراسات السابقة. لكن كيف أن اختلال هذه الوظائف بسبب سياسة الإغلاق يؤثر سلباً على سياسة مكافحة الوباء من جهة وعلى التواصل العام في الظروف الاستثنائية من جهة أخرى سيكون موضوعاً جديراً بالدراسة. سيكون منهجنا كيفياً حيث نعتمد على تحليل الموضوع عبر معايشتنا الحدث من خلال تعرضنا لمضامين كثيرة في وسائل مختلفة. سيسمح هذا بتعريض الموضوع لمساءلات عديدة من أجل فهم عميق للعلاقة بين الإعلام والسياسة والوباء. |b This study aims to understand the effects of government policies taken by countries during the spread of the (Covid-19), and from these policies we identified the general closure policy due to its connection to daily life and its clear effects on economic and social institutions, including media institutions. Our qualitative approach, which depends on the researcher’s understanding of the merits of the topic through his experience in living with the event after we have been continuously exposed to many and various implications from different means, will allow us to expose the topic to questions In order to achieve a comprehensive and deep understanding of the issue of the relationship between the media, politics and the epidemic. |d Cette étude vise à comprendre l’impact des politiques gouvernementales sur la propagation de la COVID-19, en particulier la politique de fermeture publique sur les fonctions des médias. Cependant, il conviendrait d’étudier comment le dysfonctionnement de ces fonctions dû à la politique de fermeture affecte négativement la politique de lutte contre l’épidémie d’une part et la communication publique dans des circonstances exceptionnelles d’autre part. Cela permettra de soumettre le sujet à de nombreuses questions pour une compréhension profonde de la relation entre les médias, la politique et l'épidémie. | ||
