| المستخلص: | المساحات المشتركة هي في الواقع حقائق اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة. لتكون قادرة على فهم هذا التنوع في البلديات، وتحقيق نموذج للعلاقة بين بلد وبلد وبلد المنشأ. الهدف من هذا البحث هو تطوير تصنيف اجتماعي-اقتصادي لتوجيه الحكم المحلي لولاية بشار. في البداية يتم تقديم تشخيص هذه الحالة ثم يتم استخدام تحليل المكون الرئيسي (ACP) لتشكيل مجموعات من البلديات المماثلة على أساس المؤشرات. يمكن اعتبار هذا التحليل أداة لتطوير أنظمة المعلومات، واستخدام أدوات وطرق مختلفة Communal spaces are in fact different socioeconomic realities. To be able to understand this diversity of municipalities, the realization of a typology of a relationship between a country and a country and a country of origin. The objective of this research is to develop a socio-economic typology to guide the local governance of the Béchar wilaya. First of all, the diagnosis of this condition is presented in the following table.
