Les applications de cette formule se sont élargies au fil des ans, pour inclure les projets dits «soft» (eau, électricité, assainissement,…). En bref, là où les projets peuvent se financer d’eux-mêmes et où les risques inhérents peuvent être identifiés à l’avance, le Project Finance est présent. | ||
