To overcome the challenges, the government has developed a strategy for the development of rail transport based on three stages, and one of the most important proposals for the development of rail transport is the establishment of a railway operation device with a separate management of operation, management and maintenance, the development of old lines through the work of studies, tenders, implementation and follow-up, and then the project is delivered after completion to the operating body and to be implemented projects with the latest projects related to the modern global systems in construction and development. | ||
