| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى بحث أهمية تبني المؤسسات الاقتصادية محل الدراسة لتنمية الكفاءات البشرية لديها والعلاقة بينها وتنافسية هذه المؤسسات. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع (150) استمارة على مدراء وإطارات المؤسسات المستجوبة. توصلت الدراسة من خلال تحليل علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بين المتغيرين، المتغير المستقل (تنمية الكفاءات) والمتغير التابع (تنافسية المؤسسات) إلى الكثير من الحقائق تبين أن تبني المؤسسات محل الدراسة لأبعاد تنمية الكفاءات تأثر إيجابيا على تنافسيتها. He study aimed to examine the importance of adopting the economic institutions under study to develop their human competencies and the relationship between them and their competitiveness. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, 150 questionnaires were distributed to the managers and staff of the respondents. The study, by analyzing the correlation and influence between the two variables, the independent variable (competency development) and the dependent variable (competitiveness of these institutions), found many facts show that the adoption of institutions to study dimensions of competency development positively affect their competitiveness and may be due to the dimensions of development combined. |
