| المستخلص: | موضوع البحث: يتناول البحث جمع الإصلاحات الواردة على نص كتاب المقنع لموفق الدين عبد الله بن أحمد بن قدامة المقدسي رحمه الله، التي قام بها المؤلف نفسه، وقام بها من أذن له المصنف بالإصلاح، وما وجد من فروق بين النسخ الخطية للكتاب مما له دلالة على إصلاح نص المقنع، ثم دراسة هذه الإصلاحات الواردة على نص كتاب المقنع، وبيان وجودها من عدمه في النسخ الخطية، وبيان أثرها في كتب المذهب الحنبلي. منهج البحث: اتخذ الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي في جمع مادة البحث. الهدف من البحث: تسليط الضوء على أسس فنية من شأنها تقييم النسخ الخطية لكتاب المقنع، والموازنة بينها وفق معيار علمي موضوعي، يفيد محقق الكتاب ودارسة في التمييز بين الفروق في النسخ الخطية، وبيان ما يصح إثباته على أنه من نص المقنع مما لا يصح. نتائج البحث: خلصت في البحث إلى عدة نتائج؛ من أهمها: بيان الطرق العملية في معرفة الإصلاحات على كتاب المقنع للموفق عبد الله بن أحمد بن قدامة المقدسي رحمه الله، وأثر هذه الإصلاحات في مدونات الفقه عند مذهب الحنابلة. The collection of the reforms contained in the text of the book of "Almuqne’e" by Muwaffaq al-Din Abdullah bin Ahmad bin Qudama al-Maqdisi which is carried out by the author himself and by those who authorized by him. The differences which is founded between the written versions of the book, which is indicative of the reform of the text of "Almuqne’e". Study these reforms contained in the text of the book of "Almuqne’e" And to indicate their existence or not in the written copies, and to indicate their impact in the books of the "Hanbali" doctrine. Research Methodology: The researcher took the analytical inductive approach in collecting the research material. Objective of the research: To shed light on technical bases that would evaluate the written versions of the book of "Almuqne’e" and balance them according to an objective scientific criterion, which will benefit the investigator and student of the book in distinguishing between the differences in the written copies, and to indicate what is correct to prove that it is from the text of "Almuqne’e" and what is not correct. Research Results: I concluded in the research several results, the most important of which is the statement of practical methods in knowing the reforms on the book of "Al-muqne’e" by Muwaffaq al-Din Abdullah bin Ahmad bin Qudama al-Maqdisi and the impact of these reforms on the books of the "Hanbali" Doctrine. |
