| المستخلص: | With the increasing participation of married women in work, the legal and judicial decision on the impact of the wife's work on her right to alimony must be explained, seeking the words and evidence of jurists and clarifying the most correct opinion, then clarifying the position of Algerian family law on the subject to know the similarities and differences between Sharia and the law with regard to the impact of the wife's work on her right to alimony.
