| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى اقترح معايير لاختيار المشرفين التربويين وفق المعايير العالمية المعاصرة في وزارة التربية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس الثانوية ومديراتها. واستعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمة المتغيرات الدراسة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري المدارس الثانوية ومديراتها في المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية ذي قار، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية ليبلغ عدد أفراد مجتمع الدراسة (200) مديرا ومديرة للعام الدراسي 2020/ 2021، وقد أعد الباحث أداة الدراسة وهي الاستبانة وجرى توزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة المكونة من (66) مديرا ومديرة واسترجع جميع الاستبيانات. وبعد إجراء عملية التحليل الإحصائي توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: -مستوى استجابات مديري المدارس الثانوية ومديراتها بدرجة أوافق بشدة (كبيرة) نحو المعايير العالمية المقترحة لاختيار المشرفين التربويين. -عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (α = 0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات مديري المدارس الثانوية ومديراتها نحو المعايير العالمية المقترحة لاختيار المشرفين التربويين تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة التدريسية). The study aimed to suggest criteria for selecting educational supervisors according to contemporary international standards in the Ministry of Education from the point of view of secondary school principals and principals. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to fit the study variables, and the study community consisted of secondary school principals and principals in government schools in the Directorate of Education in Dhi Qar. The researcher used the study tool, which is the questionnaire, and it was distributed to the study sample members, which consisted of (66) male and female principals, and he retrieved all the questionnaires. After conducting the statistical analysis, the study concluded the following: • The level of secondary school principals' responses to a degree that I strongly (greatly) agree with towards the proposed global standards for selecting educational supervisors. • There are no statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α = 0.05) between the average responses of secondary school principals and principals towards the proposed international standards for selecting educational supervisors due to the variable (gender, educational qualification, and teaching experience). |
