| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى: الكشف عن دور معلمة رياض الأطفال في تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى أطفال الروضة بمحافظة الطائف من وجهة نظر معلماتهم، في المهارات التالية: الطلاقة، الأصالة، المرونة؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأظهرت النتائج أن دور معلمة رياض الأطفال في تنمية مهارة الطلاقة جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، يليها مهارة الأصالة وأخيرا مهارة المرونة بدرجة متوسطة، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند القيم الاحتمالية بين استجابات أفراد العينة نحو تقييم محاور أداة الدراسة وفقا لمتغير المؤهل، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول المحورين الثاني والثالث باختلاف سنوات الخبرة، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول محور المرونة بناء تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، وأوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات كان أبرزها ضرورة بث ثقافة الإبداع وتوعية المعلمات ولاسيما القديمات من المعلمات باستخدام طرق وأساليب واستراتيجيات تنمي مهارات التفكير الإبداعي للطفل. The article aims to clarify the role of the kindergarten teacher in developing the creative thinking skills of kindergarten children in Taif Governorate from their teachers’ perspective, in the following skills: fluency, originality and flexibility. The study employs the descriptive analytical approach. A questionnaire was prepared to collect data from the study sample. The questionnaire consists of (24) items distributed over three axes, which were distributed to a sample of (213) kindergarten teachers in Taif Governorate. The results show that the role of kindergarten teacher in the development of fluency skill scores the highest rank, followed by originality skill and finally the flexibility skill to a medium degree. The results also show statistically significant differences in probability values between the responses of the sample members towards the evaluation of the axes of the study tool according to the qualification variable in favor of teachers with Master Degrees, at the level of significance (0,05) between the responses of the sample members around the second and third axes by years of experience. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0,05) between the responses of the members of the research sample on the focus of constructive flexibility due to the change of years of experience for the benefit of years of experience less than 5 years. Thus, the study concludes with a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which is the need to spread the culture of creativity and awareness of teachers, especially old teachers using methods and strategies to develop the skills of creative thinking in children. |
