| المستخلص: | الصحابي الجليل عثمان بن عفان رضى الله عنه ثالث الخلفاء الراشدين، الذين رغب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم التمسك بسنتهم.، نال الشهادة التي أخبره بها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، له مآثر إنمائية واجتهادية كثيرة، كان منها مسألة زيادة أذان ليوم الجمعة، والتي كانت محور بحثنا هذا. فقد ذكرت حادثة الأذان، والدواعي التي أدت إلى استحداثه، وبينت إجماع الصحابة عليه، والاعتبارات الأصولية فيه حول ما يسمى بالقياس والمصلحة المرسلة. The great companion Othman bin Affan, may God be pleased with him, is the third of the rightly guided Caliphs, whom the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, wished to adhere to their Sunnah. He obtained the testimony that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, told him. He has many developmental and diligent feats, including the issue of increasing the call to prayer on Friday, which was the focus of our research. I mentioned the incident of the call to prayer and the reasons that led to its creation, and explained the Companions’ consensus on it, and the fundamentalist considerations in it about the so-called analogy and the mursal interest. |
