| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم الإجراءات الإدارية الاحترازية بمكتبة الملك سلمان المركزية بجامعة الملك سعود في ظل انتشار جائحة كورونا ومدى تأثيرها على خدمات المكتبة من وجهة نظر جميع العاملين في مكتبة الملك سلمان المركزية، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع البيانات، وباستخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لتحقيق أهدافها، وقد بلغ عدد عينة الدراسة (117) موظفا. وتحتوي هذه الدراسة على خمسة فصول: حيث يتضمن الفصل الأول الإطار العام للدراسة وأهميتها والدراسات السابقة. والفصل الثاني يحتوي على مبحثين: المبحث الأول يتناول المكتبات وكوفيد 19، والمبحث الثاني خصص للحديث عن مكتبة الملك سلمان المركزية. أما الفصل الثالث فقد تضمن الإطار المنهجي للدراسة. والفصل الرابع تضمن عرض نتائج الدراسة. وتناول الفصل الأخير خلاصة نتائج الدراسة والتوصيات التي جاءت بها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أنه غالبا ما يتبع أهم النصائح والإرشادات المنفذة للحد من انتشار فايروس كورونا الجديد في مكتبة الملك سلمان المركزية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ 4.11. وأنه غالبا تحدث تغييرات إدارية في بيئة العامل داخل مكتبة الملك سلمان المركزية في ظل انتشار جائحة كورونا بمتوسط حسابي بلغ 4.12، وأن أهم الخدمات المي تأثرت بالإجراءات الإدارية الاحترازية هي خدمة الاطلاع الداخلي بنسبة تأييد 59.80%، وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها زيادة تقديم الخدمات إلكترونيا للمكتبة، والعمل على تقليل تواجد الموظفين في أماكن مغلقة لتفادي انتقال العدوى وانتشار المرض، وتكثيف الجولات التفتيشية داخل المكتبة للتأكد من تطبيق الإجراءات الوقائية. This study aimed to identify the most important precautionary administrative measures at King Salman Central Library at King Saud University in light of the spread of the Corona pandemic and the extent of its impact on the library services from the viewpoint of all workers in the King Salman Library, as the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach in data collection, and by using The questionnaire as a main tool to achieve its objectives. The number of the study sample was (117) employees. This study contains five chapters: The first chapter includes the general framework of the study, its importance and previous studies. The second chapter contains two topics: the first topic deals with libraries and Covid 19, and the second topic is devoted to the King Salman Central Library. The third chapter included the methodological framework for the study. And the fourth chapter included the presentation of the results of the study. and The final chapter deals with a summary of the results of the study and the recommendations it made. The study found a set of results, the most important of which is that it often follows the most important tips and instructions implemented to limit the spread of the new Corona virus in the King Salman Central Library, with an average of 4.11. And that administrative changes often occur in the worker’s environment within the King Salman Central Library in light of the spread of the Corona pandemic with an average of 4.12, and that the most important services that were affected by the precautionary administrative measures are the internal perusal service with a support rate of 59.80%, and the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to increase the provision of services electronically For the library, and work to reduce the presence of employees in closed places to avoid the transmission of infection and the spread of disease, and to intensify inspection tours inside the library to ensure the implementation of preventive measures. |
