| 520 | |a تهدف دراستنا للبحث عن الصلة بين خصائص الأم الاجتماعية والديموغرافية ومضاعفات خطر الولادة في المستشفى، الذي يعتبر موضوع موثق بشكل ضعيف للغاية. حيث تم جمع البيانات المستخدمة من النساء اللواتي ولدن في المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية في جيجل. وباستخدام نموذج الانحدار اللوجستي الذي تم اختياره في هذه الدراسة تم تحديد بعض المتغيرات الاجتماعية والديموغرافية: مثل سن الأم عند الولادة، ومستوى التعليم، والوضع المهني للأم، ووزن الطفل، التي كان لها تأثير إيجابي كبير على خطر حدوث مضاعفات الولادة. وبناء على ذلك يجب على صانعي السياسات الصحية العمل على تحسين صحة الأم والوليد في فترة الحمل وأثناء الولادة. |b The risk of childbirth in the hospital, according to the characteristics of the mother, is a very poorly documented subject. The objective of our study is to seek the link between socio-demographic factors and childbirth complications. The data used are those collected from women giving birth at the public hospital in Jijel. The logistic regression model chosen from such studies identified certain socio-demographic variables: the mother's age at childbirth, the level of education, the mother's professional situation, and the baby's weight had a significant impact on the risk of childbirth complications. It is on these risk factors that policymakers should base their decisions on improving maternal and newborn health. |d Le risque d’accouchement au sein de l’hôpital selon les caractéristiques de la mère est un sujet très peu documenté. L’objectif notre étude est de chercher le lien des facteurs sociodémographiques et les complications d’accouchement. Les données utilisées sont celles collectées auprès des femmes qui accouchent à l’établissement public hospitalier de Jijel. Le modèle de régression logistique choisis à de telles études a identifié certaines variables sociodémographiques : l’âge de la mère à l’accouchement, le niveau d’instruction, la situation professionnelle de la mère, et le poids du bébé avaient un impact significatif sur le risque de complication d’accouchement. C’est, sur ces facteurs à risques que les décideurs devraient se baser pour améliorer l’état de santé de la mère et du nouveau-né à l’accouchement. | ||
