| المستخلص: | تكمن مشكلة الدراسة في تزايد معدلات الفقر في فلسطين والتي تجاوزت 30% للعام 2019م، وفقاً للإحصاءات الرسمية المنشورة من قبل جهات الاختصاص وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني والجهاز المركزي للإحصاء الفلسطيني، وهذه المعدلات تشير إلى مدى خطورتها على الواقع الاقتصادي وهياكلها المختلفة والوضع الاجتماعي وانتشار الجريمة والعنف في المجتمع الفلسطيني، ومدى الدور الذي يلعبه التمويل الدولي ومدى مساعدته في حل أهم المشاكل الاقتصادية التي يعانيها الاقتصاد الفلسطيني، فكان لا بد من التطرق لهذه الدراسة كي توضع أمام صناع القرار والمختصين في الشأن الفلسطيني على المستوى الاقتصادي والمالي والاجتماعي. وهدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الاتجاه العام لظاهرة الفقر في فلسطين وما هي مسبباتها، والتعرف على حجم التمويل الدولي المقدم للسلطة الفلسطينية منذ نشأتها، والتعرف على تأثير حجم التمويل الدولي على معدلات الفقر في فلسطين، بناء نموذج قياسي للتنبؤ بحجم معدلات الفقر بمعلومية حجم التمويل الدولي المقدم من قبل الجهات المانحة. The problem of the study lies in the increasing poverty rates in Palestine, which exceeded 30% for the year 2019, according to official statistics published by the competent authorities, the Ministry of National Economy and the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics. The Palestinian economy, and the extent of the role that international finance plays and the extent of its assistance in solving the most important economic problems facing the Palestinian economy, it was necessary to address this study in order to be placed before decision-makers and specialists in Palestinian affairs at the economic, financial and social levels. The study aimed to know the general trend of the phenomenon of poverty in Palestine and what are its causes. It also attempts to identify the volume of international funding provided to the Palestinian Authority, since its establishment and the effect of the volume of international funding on poverty rates in Palestine. It seeks to construct an econometric model for predicting the size of poverty rates, given the size of donor funding. |
