| المستخلص: | تأثرت الشركات المالية في دول شمال أفريقيا ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط كباقي الشركات العالمية بشدة بسبب جائحة كوفيد 19، كما أن التقارير الواردة منها تحيط بها شكوك كبيرة حول تعافيها في المدى المتوسط، وبالتالي تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تداعيات جائحة كوفيد 19 على شركة المراعي مع التنبؤ بإمكانية وقوعها في الفشل المالي حيث تم استخدام منهج وصفي تحليلي، تم التطرق من خلاله إلى مجموعة من النماذج المستخدمة حديثا في عملية التنبؤ كنموذج كيدا، نموذج شيراطا ونموذج شيرورد. وفي الأخير خلصت هذه النماذج إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: وضعت الشركة خطة استباقية محكمة لمواجهة تداعيات الجائحة، كما أكدت نماذج التنبؤ بالفشل المالي وباستخدام البيانات المالية لسنة 2020 على أنها شركة ناجحة وفي حالة أمان مستقبلا، إذ ويعود ذلك لقدرتها على إدارة المخاطر المالية من خلال التحكم في التكاليف واستغلالها للفرص المتاحة. Financial companies in North African countries and the Middle East, like other international companies, have been severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, and the reports received from them are surrounded by great doubts about their recovery in the medium term. Financial failure, where an analytical descriptive approach was used, through which a group of recently used models in the forecasting process were discussed, such as the Kida model, Shirata model and Sheroord model. In the end, these models concluded a set of results, the most important of which are: The company developed a proactive plan to face the repercussions of the pandemic, and the financial failure prediction models and using the financial statements for the year 2020 confirmed that it is a successful company and in a state of safety in the future, due to its ability to manage financial risks from By controlling costs and exploiting opportunities. |
