| المستخلص: | لا شك أن للفيء أحكاما شرعية هامة، ينبغي الوقوف عليها، فمعلوم أن الإسلام شرع أبوابا للتعامل مع الناس جميعا، والفيء من تلك الأبواب؛ لذلك أحببت الكتابة في ذلك فاخترت موضوع بحثي (آيات الفيء في القرآن الكريم -دراسة موضوعية) وقد حاولت قدر الإمكان أن يكون هذا البحث سهل الأسلوب حسن الترتيب، فقد جمعت الآيات التي تتحدث عن الفيء في القرآن الكريم، ورتبتها ترتيبا موضوعيا حسب مباحث الخطة المقترحة، معتمدا على كتب التفسير اللغة والفقه وعلوم القرآن والحديث الشريف. وقد تحدثت في بحثي عن تعريف الفيء والألفاظ ذات الصلة، والفيء نتيجة الحروب، وكيفية تقسيمه، كما تحدثت عن الإعجاز العلمي الناتج عن أثر الشمس في انبساط الظل وتمدده وإحداث الفيء، ثم العطف والحنان على الزوجات نتيجة الفيء. There is no doubt that Al-Fay’ has important legal rulings that we should tale in consider, as it is known that Islam has legislated issues for dealing with all people, and Al-Fay’ is one of those issues, so I liked writing about it, so I chose the topic of my research (Verses of Al-Fay in the Noble Qur’an- an objective study). I have tried, as much as possible, to make this research easy in a well-arranged style. I have collected the verses that talk about the Fay’ in the Holy Qur’an, and arranged them objectively. According to the topics of the proposed plan, based on the books of interpretation, language, jurisprudence, sciences of the Qur’an and the Noble Hadith. In my research, I spoke about the definition of shade and related terms, and shade as a result of wars, and how to divide it. I also talked about the scientific miracles resulting from the effect of the sun on the extension and expansion of the shade and the events of the shade. Your findings. |
