| المستخلص: | أصبح تنفيذ التغييرات التنظيمية داخل المنظمات اختبارا حقيقيا للمديرين والمؤسسات بأكملها. لهذه الغاية، اخترنا دراسة حالة المدرسة التحضيرية في العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية والإدارية في وهران، والتي أصبحت مؤخرا المدرسة العليا للاقتصاد. أردنا في البداية فهم التغيير التنظيمي الذي تم إجراؤه داخل هذه المدرسة: الإجراءات الموصي بها لدعمه، والأسباب التي أدت إلى هذا التغيير والأشخاص الذين قرروا ذلك، ثم ركزنا على المديرين الذين هم مركز اهتمامنا في محاولة إبراز الدور الذي لعبوه أثناء إعداد وتنفيذ هذا التغيير، وخاصة الصعوبات التي واجهوها أثناء تحقيق هذا التغيير. The implementation of organizational changes within organizations has become a real test for managers and entire organizations. To this end, we have chosen to study the case of the Preparatory School in Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences of Oran, which recently became the Higher School of Economics. We wanted at the outset to understand the organizational change made within this school. The measures recommended supporting it, the reasons leading to this change and the people who decided it. Then we focused on the managers who are our focus by trying to highlight the role they played during the preparation and implementation of this change, and especially the difficulties they encountered during the realization of this change. La mise en place des changements organisationnels au sein des organisations est devenue une véritable épreuve pour les managers et les organisations toutes entières. A cet effet, nous avons choisi d’étudier le cas de l’Ecole Préparatoire en Sciences Economiques, Commerciales et Sciences de Gestion d’Oran devenue récemment l’Ecole Supérieure d’Economie. Nous avons souhaité au départ comprendre le changement organisationnel réalisé au sein de cette école. Les mesures préconisées pour l’accompagner, les raisons ayant conduit à ce changement et les personnes qui l’ont décidé, ensuite nous nous sommes focalisés sur les managers qui sont notre centre d’intérêt en essayant de mettre en lumière le rôle qu’ils ont joué durant la préparation et la mise en place de ce changement, et surtout les difficultés qu’ils ont rencontrées durant la réalisation de ce changement. |
