| 520 | |a الوشم هو غرز الجلد بإبرة وغيرها من الأدوات المستخدمة في داخل الجلد وملئه بمادة حتى يزرق الجلد أو يخضر وهو من وسائله الزينة والتي ظهرت منذ آلاف السنين وتستخدم في الوقت الحالي بأساليب مختلفة. وقد جاء الإسلام بتحريمه لما له من أضرار صحية ونفسية واجتماعية تأثر سلبا على حالة الفرد، ولقد وردت أدلة كثيرة بتحريمه من القرآن والسنة النبوية وقد اتفق علماء الأمة بتحريمه إلا ما استثنى منه للزينة وغيرها واختلفوا في حكم إزالته لما له من تأثير على الفرد. ولقد بينت في هذا البحث معنى الوشم ومكوناته والمواد التي يستخلص منها في تركيبه فضلا عن الأدوات المستخدمة في عمله، ثم بينت أحكام أهل العلم في تحريمه، وكذلك الآثار الصحية والنفسية والاجتماعية التي تؤثر على حالة الفرد، ثم تطرقت إلى وسائلة إزالته وحكم إزالته بالليزر وغيره. |b Tattooing is the stitching of the skin with a needle and other tools used inside the skin and filling it with a substance until the skin turns blue or green. Islam came to forbid it because of its health, psychological and social harms that negatively affect the individual’s condition, and there are many evidences for its prohibition from the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the scholars of the nation agreed to prohibit it except for what was excluded from it for adornment and others, and they differed in the ruling on removing it because of its effect on the individual. I have explained in this research the meaning of tattoo and its components and materials from which it is extracted in its installation as well as the tools used in its work, then I have shown the rulings of the people of knowledge regarding its prohibition, as well as the health, psychological and social effects that affect the individual’s condition, then I touched upon the means of removing it and the ruling on removing it with a laser. and others. | ||
