| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليتي التربية والبنات بجامعة سيئون للتقويم البديل من وجهة نظرهم، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة بلغت (29)، وكذا بناء استبيان بالعودة إلى الأدب التربوي السابق شمل خمسة مجالات وهي: (التقويم القائم على الأداء والملاحظة، وتقويم الأعمال باستخدام ملفات الإنجاز، والتقويم الذاتي للطلبة، والتقويم ببقية أفراد المجموعة، وكذا تقويم الأداء بخرائط المفاهيم)، وبعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته تم تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة. - وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليتي التربية والبنات على الاستبيان ككل قد جاء بمتوسط حسابي (2.965) وانحراف معياري (0.4737)، وبدلالة لفظية أحيانا، هذا وتشير النتائج التي تتعلق بمجال تقويم الأداء بخرائط المفاهيم إلى أن جميع فقرات المجال قد تراوحت متوسطاتها بين (1.689-2.137) بواقع استخدام أبدا ونادرا، كما توصلت الدراسة أيضا إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) وفقا لمتغير الكلية. وعليه فأن الدراسة توصي إلى رفع مستوى وعي أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليتي التربية والبنات بأهمية التقويم البديل كاتجاه حديث يشمل أساليب مختلفة في تقويم الطلبة. |b This research aimed at identifying the actual application the alternative evaluation by the faculty members of the two faculties, College of Education and College of Women at Seiyun University from their perspectives. To achieve the research objective, a descriptive approach was adopted by the researcher and a random sample was selected represented by the study’s population of (29) faculty members. Also, a questionnaire comprising five domains was designed based on the reviewed literature. These are (evaluation based on performance and observation, evaluation of work using files of achievement, students’ self-evaluation, evaluation based on group members, as well as evaluation of performance using concept maps). After ensuring the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, it was applied to the study’s sample. The study findings revealed that the actual application of alternative evaluation by the faculty members of the two faculties - College of Education and College of Women- based on the questionnaire as a whole was of a mean of (2.965), a standard deviation of (0.4737), in addition to verbal significance at times. The results regarding the domain of evaluation of performance using concept maps indicate that the averages of all the domain’s items ranged between (1.689–2.137) with the choices ‘never’ and ‘rarely’ in terms of the actual use. The study’s findings also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) according to the college variable. Accordingly, the study recommends raising the faculty members’ level of awareness in the two colleges in terms of the significance of alternative evaluation as a modern orientation that comprises different ways of evaluating students. | ||
