| المستخلص: | استهدفت هذه الدراسية التعرف على دور مسؤولية المؤسسات الأهلية في مواجهة أزمة جائحة فيروس كورونا، والكشف عن دور هذه البرامج والأنشطة في مواجهة جائحة فيروس كورونا لدى الأطقم الطبية العاملة بها، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي، وطبقت الدراسة باستخدام أداة الاستبيان على عينة بلغت (200) مفردة من الأطقم الطبية العاملة بمستشفيات العزل التابعة لوزارة الصحة المصرية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النسب التالية بلغت نسبة من يعرفون المسؤولية الاجتماعية بدرجة متوسطة (62.50%)، في حين بلغت نسبة من يعرفون مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية بدرجة كبيرة (36.00%)، وأخيرا من يعرفون مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية بدرجة ضعيفة بنسبة (1.50%)، كذلك أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة دالة إحصائية بين تطبيق أنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية وتعزيز صورتها في المؤسسات الاجتماعية، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط بيرسون (0.856) وعند مستوى معنوية (0.000)، وهي علاقة طردية قوية، أي كلما زاد تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية كلما تعززت المؤسسات الاجتماعية بشكل أكبر لدى الأطقم الطبية. This study aimed to identify the role and responsibility of civil institutions in facing the crisis of the Corona Virus pandemic, and to reveal the role of these programs and activities in facing the Corona Virus pandemic among the medical staff working in them. One of the medical staff working in the isolation hospitals of the Egyptian Ministry of Health, and the study found the following percentages: the percentage of those who know social responsibility to a medium degree (62.50%), while the percentage of those who know the concept of social responsibility to a large degree (36.00%), Finally, those who know the concept of social responsibility to a weak degree (1.50%), the study also showed a statistically significant relationship between the application of social responsibility activities and the enhancement of its image in social institutions, where the Pearson correlation coefficient reached (0.856) and at the level of significance (0.000), which is a direct relationship Strong, that is, the greater the application of social responsibility, the more social institutions will be strengthened by the medical staff. |
