| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل التخطيط التشغيلي بكلية التربية بنين بالقاهرة - جامعة الأزهر، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، من خلال أسلوب دراسة الحالة، كما استخدمت الدراسة المقابلة الشخصية المقننة كأداة لها، وذلك مع عينة قصدية، بلغت (۳۸ فرداً) من القيادات الأكاديمية والإدارية بالكلية، وذلك للوقوف على واقع التخطيط التشغيلي بكلية التربية بنين بالقاهرة- جامعة الأزهر، ومعوقات تنفيذه، وآليات تفعيله من وجهة نظرهم، وذلك تكاملاً مع الاستفادة من الرؤى التنظيرية والفكرية للتخطيط التشغيلي بالمؤسسات الجامعية من منظور الأدبيات الإدارية والتربوية المعاصرة، وتكاملاً مع تحليل جهود التخطيط الاستراتيجي بكلية التربية بنين بالقاهرة جامعة الأزهر وثائقياً. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها: تأكيد استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة؛ على أهم المعوقات التي تواجه التخطيط التشغيلي بكلية التربية بنين بالقاهرة جامعة الأزهر، والتي تراوحت نسب موافقتهم عليها بين (٨١,٦-۱۰۰) %، ومن أبرزها: "قلة الاهتمام بمناقشة أبعاد الخطة الاستراتيجية على مستوى الأقسام بشكل جماعي تعاوني، وغياب التنسيق بين فريق التخطيط الاستراتيجي والأقسام الإدارية والعلمية بالكلية، وقلة التعاون المشترك بين الأقسام المختلفة في تنفيذ أنشطة الخطة الاستراتيجية للكلية". وانتهت الدراسة بتقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل التخطيط التشغيلي بكلية التربية بنين بالقاهرة - جامعة الأزهر، متضمنًا العديد من الآليات، والتي من أبرزها: "تبني مدخل الفريق عند تصميم وتنفيذ المهام التشغيلية، وتعزيز الترابط بين فرق العمل على مستوى (الأقسام/ الإدارات/ الوحدات/ اللجان) في مختلف ميادين ومجالات الأداء التشغيلي بالكلية، وتوجيه النمط القيادي السائد نحو تدعيم العلاقات الإنسانية ورفع الروح المعنوية لكافة المشاركين، ودعم العمل الجماعي والتعاوني بينهم، وتعظيم الاستفادة من الصراعات الداخلية بالكلية في تحقيق المنافسة نحو الأفضل". |b The study aimed at designing a proposal for activating the operational planning at the Faculty of Education for boys in Cairo Al-Azhar University. To achieve that, the study - adopted the descriptive approach, utilizing the Case Study Research Design; as well as the structured interview as a tool, which was applied on a purposive sample which consisted of (38) From the academic and administrative leaders at the college, in order to determine the status quo of the operational planning at the Faculty of Education for boys in Cairo - Al- Azhar University, the constraints of its implementation, and the mechanism of activating it, from the point of view of faculty members. The study indicated several results, the most important ones are: Confirming the responses of the study sample on the most important constraints facing the operational planning at the Faculty of Education for boys in Cairo - Al-Azhar University; whereas their responses rates ranged from (81.6 - 100%). The most notable constraints are: the lack of interest in discussing the dimensions of the strategic plan at the department level collectively and collaboratively, lack of coordination between the strategic planning team and the administrative and scientific departments of the faculty; and the lack of cooperation between the various departments in implementing the activities of the strategic plan. The study presented a proposal for activating the operational planning at the Faculty of Education for Boys in Cairo - Al-Azhar University, including a set of mechanisms, the most important of which are: "Adopting the team approach when designing and implementing operational tasks, enhancing coherence between work teams at the level (departments/ managements/ units/ committees) in various fields and areas of operational performance in the college, and directing the prevailing leadership style towards strengthening human relations and Raising the morale of all participants, supporting team and cooperative work among them, and maximizing the benefit of the college's internal conflicts in achieving competition for the better. | ||
