| 520 | |b Economic intelligence then plays a liaison role between the company and its environment. The company is sensitive to the slightest changes in its environment while preserving its strategic information. It can then build increasingly complex differentiation strategies to preserve its competitiveness and ensure its sustainability. Economic intelligence is a tool of competitiveness insofar as it uses all available means of information, economic intelligence allows the company to understand its environment: the strategies of its competitors, market trends to to come, territorial dynamics, local and international practices... Beyond strategic decisions, it concerns all the actors of the company to whom it allows to identify and minimize the commercial, financial and legal risks. Economic intelligence induces both offensive decisions - research and development, technology transfer, conquest of new markets - and defensive ones - protection of heritage, security, control of industrial and commercial risks, deterioration of the image. Or, economic intelligence is the basis of the competitiveness of the company and a condition for its survival in a context of heightened global competition. |d L'intelligence économique alors joue donc un rôle liaison entre l'entreprise et son environnement. L'entreprise est sensible aux moindres évolutions de son environnement tout en préservant ses informations stratégiques. Elle peut alors bâtir des stratégies de différenciation de plus en plus complexes pour préserver sa compétitivité et assurer sa pérennité. L'intelligence économique, est un outil de compétitivité dans la mesure où elle utilise tous les moyens d'information disponibles, l'intelligence économique permet à l'entreprise d'appréhender son environnement : les stratégies de ses concurrents, les tendances des marchés à venir, les dynamiques territoriales, les pratiques locales et internationales ...Au-delà des décisions stratégiques, elle concerne l'ensemble des acteurs de l'entreprise à qui elle permet d'identifier et de minimiser les risques commerciaux, financiers et juridiques. L'intelligence économique induit tout à la fois des décisions offensives -recherche et développement, transfert de technologie, conquête de nouveaux marchés - et défensives - protection du patrimoine, sécurité, maîtrise des risques industriels, commerciaux, d'altération de l'image Ainsi l'intelligence économique constitue le socle de la compétitivité de l'entreprise et une condition à sa survie dans un contexte de concurrence mondiale exacerbée. | ||
