| المستخلص: | تزخر منطقة عسير بثروة هائلة من التراث العمراني الذي يمثل ذاكرتها وعمقها الحضاري منذ مئات السنين، تعتبر القرى التراثية، الموزعة في جميع مناطق عسير ذات الخصائص العمرانية المختلفة، الحاوية الرئيسية للتفاعلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والأنشطة العمرانية التي كانت تمارس حتى وقت قريب. على الرغم من الاهتمام الكبير الذي توليه الحكومة للتراث العمراني، لأنه تراث وطني يجب الحفاظ عليه واستمراره، وعلى الرغم من ذلك، إلا أن هناك العديد من القرى التراثية التي لا تزال تعاني من مشاكل كثيرة ومتنوعة، ربما وأبرزها هجر الناس لهم، وتدهور تراثها العمراني بفعل عوامل طبيعية وبشرية أثرت على بنيتها العمرانية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ترميم وتطوير بعض القرى التراثية المختارة من منطقة عسير وإحيائها، ووضع خطة ومقترحات لإعادة تأهيلها في محاولة لإنقاذ هذه القرى التراثية وتحويلها إلى منطقة جاذبة. البيئة العمرانية بأنشطتها وفعالياتها وحرفها اليدوية، وبما يضمن الحفاظ على تراثها وإبراز قيمتها المعمارية والتراثية. The Asir region abounds with an enormous wealth of urban heritage, which represents its memory and civilizational depth hundreds of years ago. The heritage villages, which are distributed in all regions of Asir with different urban characteristics, are the main container for social and economic interactions and urban activities that were practiced until recently. Despite the great interest that the government attaches to the urban heritage, because it is a national heritage that should be preserved and continued, in spite of this, there are many heritage villages that still suffer from many and varied problems, perhaps the most prominent of which is the abandonment of people to them, and the deterioration of its urban heritage due to natural and human factors, which affected its urban, social and economic structure. This study aims to restore and develop some of the heritage villages selected from the Asir region and revive them, and to develop a plan and proposals to rehabilitate them in an effort to save these heritage villages and turn them into an attractive urban environment with its activities, events and handicrafts, and in a way that ensures the preservation of its heritage and highlights its architectural and heritage value. |
