| 520 | |a أن النظام الحضري في تفاعل مستمر ما بين عناصره (المدن وبيئتها من جهة وبعضها مع البعض الآخر من جهة أخرى)، ونظرا لأهمية النظام الحضري في الدراسات البشرية الجغرافية لأنه يعكس طبيعة التوزيع والانتشار السكاني على مدن النظام والتي تعطي صورة واضحة عن مدى قوة أو ضعف النظام، كما تعمل على تشخيص حالات الخلل في النظام أن وجدت مما يساعد متخذي القرار على أخذ نتائج هكذا دراسات في الحسبان من أجل أعداد خطط تنموية تنبثق من الحاجة الفعلية والأنية للنظم الحضرية المحلية، لذا جاء البحث بمشكلاته وفرضياته لتصب في هدف البحث، إذ ومن خلال تطبيق التحليل الكمي لقوانين وصيغ النظام الحضري تخص وجود خلل في النظام الحضري في المحافظة الذي يعد نقطة ضعف في هكذا نظم، فضلا عن وجود تأثير للعوامل الخارجية والداخلية في تشكيل النظام ورتب مدنه، ووجود هيمنة حضرية واضحة لمدينة كربلاء المقدسة على مدن المحافظة ولجميع سنوات الدراسة ناتجة عن سياسات تنموية أقل ما يقال عنها أحادية الجانب. |b The urban system in a continuous interaction between its elements (cities and their environment on the one hand and some with others on the other), and Because of the importance of the urban system in the studies of human geography, because it reflects the nature of the distribution and the spread of population on the cities of the system, which gives a clear picture of the strength or weakness of the system, It also works to diagnose the imbalances in the system if any, which helps decision makers to take the results of such studies into account in order to prepare development plans that stem from the actual need for local urban systems, Thus, the research came up with its problems and hypotheses to contribute to the objective of the research. By applying the quantitative analysis of the laws and formulas of the urban system, there is a flaw in the urban system in the governorate which is a weakness in such systems, as well as the influence of external and internal factors in the formation of the system and the ranks of its cities. Clear urban dominance of the holy city of Karbala on the cities of the province and all the years of study resulting from development policies less than one-sided. | ||
