| المستخلص: | يمهد التحول الرقمي الذي يحدث الآن الطريق للعديد من التغيرات عبر قطاعات متعددة من المجتمع، ومنها القطاع التعليمي، والتي دعت إلى الحاجة إلى أساليب جديدة في التدريس تعتمد على التقنية. وعلى الجامعات وغيرها من منظمات التعليم التكيف معها من أجل مراعاة الطالب الذي تغير دوره من متلق إلى عنصر فاعل في العملية التعليمية، بالإضافة إلى مراعاة متطلبات السوق إجمالا في الوقت الحاضر، ومسايرة هذا الواقع ومحاولة التكيف معه. وتناقش هذه الورقة البحثية تكنولوجيا التراسل الفوري التي تلعب دورا مهما في التعليم- الواتس آب نموذجا-، وتأثيراتها على العملية التعليمية لدى طلبة جامعة أسيوط، والكشف عن أثر متغيرات الدراسة في درجة تفضيلهم هذه التكنولوجيا واستخدامهم لها. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج المسحي القائم على الوصف والتحليل، مستعينة بالاستبانة الإلكترونية، والتي تكونت من ثلاثة محاور توزعت إلى واحد وأربعين سؤالا، وطبقت على عينة من (١٥٨) فردا، وتم اختيار الواتس آب كنموذج للتعرف على الفرص التعليمية المتاحة من خلال هذه الوسيلة، لأنه من أكثر تقنيات التواصل الحديثة ظهورا وتأثيرا، واتساع عدد المستخدمين له، لسهولة استخدامه، وقلة تكلفته، كما أنه يتيح قدرا كبيرا من التفاعل بين الطلبة وعضو هيئة التدريس من ناحية، والطلبة وبعضهم البعض من ناحية أخرى، كما يعد أداة للرد الفوري، وأداة للعصف الذهني من خلال طرح الأسئلة على الطلبة وترك المجال مفتوحا للإجابة عليها، وإعطائهم الوقت الكافي لذلك، كما تناقش الفرص والتحديات التي تواجه استخدامه، فالتطورات التقنية في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات ودخولها في مختلف مجالات الحياة، تخلق الفرص والتحديات على حد سواء. وخلصت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن الطلبة يستخدمون تكنولوجيا التراسل الفوري بشكل متكرر. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تشجيع استخدام التقنيات والطرق الحديثة لتقديم المقررات الدراسية. The digital transformation we are witnessing today paves the way for numerous changes in multiple sectors of society like the educational sector that requires new teaching methods based on technique. Universities and other educational organizations must adopt these new methods in order to take into account the student whose role has changed from just a recipient to an effective element in the educational process, in addition to considering the requirements of the market and keeping up with reality and adapting to it. This research discusses the instant messaging technology, WhatsApp as an example, which plays an important role in the educational process and its effect on the educational process among the students of Assiut University. The research also explores the effect of study variables on the degree of students' preference for this technology and their use of it. To achieve these goals, the researcher used the survey method based on description and analysis, using the electronic questionnaire. This questionnaire is consisted of three axes divided into forty one questions applied to a sample of 158 individuals. WhatsApp was chosen as an example to identify the educational opportunities achieved by this method as it is one of the most prominent and influencing modern communication techniques that has a numerous number of user because of its ease of use and low cost. WhatsApp also allows a great deal of interaction between students and faculty members and among students themselves. WhatsApp is considered a tool for immediate response and a brainstorming tool by asking questions to students and leaving the field open to answering them, and by giving students enough time to answer them. The research also discusses the opportunities and challenges facing its use, as the technical developments in the field of communication technology and its use in all fields of life create both opportunities and challenges. The results of the study concluded that students use the instant messaging technology frequently and it recommends the necessity of using modern technologies and methods to provide academic courses. |
