| المستخلص: | أضحى الحديث عن التنمية المستدامة بمعزل عن تداعيات السلوك البيئي للإنسان على مختلف مجالات الحياة ضربا من العبث؛ إذ إن البعد البيئي وإن كان أحد أبعاد التنمية المستدامة منذ تداول المفهوم ومؤشرات قياسه إلا أن هذا البعد يعد الأهم والأخطر في وقتنا الحاضر أكثر من أي وقت مضى، وتعد البصمة الكربونية واحدة من أهم محددات تنامي ظاهرة تغير المناخ، ولما كان للخدمة الاجتماعية هموما والتخطيط الاجتماعي بوجه خاص دورهما في بناء الوعي المجتمعي بقضايا البيئة وتنميته، ونظرا لأهمية البحث في هذه القضية وارتباطها بالتخطيط الاجتماعي جاءت الدراسة الراهنة وهي دراسة نظرية مكتبية هدفت إلى حصر الأطر النظرية والتجارب الميدانية الرصينة في مجال تنمية الوعي بتداعيات البصمة الكربونية من خلال المسح المكتبي ومسح اتجاهات الرأي العام؛ بغية التوصل إلى إطار استراتيجي مقترح من منظور التخطيط الاجتماعي لتنمية الوعي المجتمعي بتقليل الانبعاثات الدفيئة وتداعيات البصمة الكربونية، وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى تحديد محاور الإطار الاستراتيجي المقترح حيث تم اقتراح: محور باستراتيجيات البنية الفوقية، ومحور باستراتيجيات البنية التحتية، ومحور حول التخطيط لتنمية الوعى المجتمعي بالبصمة الكربونية ومسئولياتنا تجاهها: رؤية استراتيجية، ومحور حول الأدوار المقترحة للفاعلين الاستراتيجيين في التوعية بالبصمة الكربونية وآليات عملها. Talking about sustainable development in isolation from the repercussions of human environmental behavior on various areas of life has become a form of absurdity. As the environmental dimension, although it is one of the dimensions of sustainable development since the circulation of the concept and its indicators, but this dimension is the most important and most dangerous in the present time more than ever before, and the carbon footprint is one of the most important determinants of the growing phenomenon of climate change, and since the social service has concerns and social planning in general Especially their role in building societal awareness of environmental issues and its development, and given the importance of research in this issue and its link to social planning, the current study came, which is a theoretical desk study aimed at limiting theoretical frameworks and solid field experiences in the field of developing awareness of the repercussions of the carbon footprint through a desk survey and a survey of public opinion trends; In order to reach a proposed strategic framework from the perspective of social planning to develop community awareness of reducing greenhouse emissions and the repercussions of the carbon footprint, the study ended with defining the axes of the proposed strategic framework where it was suggested: a axis of superstructure strategies, a axis of infrastructure strategies, and an axis on planning to develop community awareness of the footprint Carbon emissions and our responsibilities towards them: a strategic vision, and a focus on the proposed roles of strategic actors in raising awareness of the carbon footprint and their working mechanisms. |
