| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى إعداد برنامج تعليمي مقترح من التمرينات الوظيفية العلاجية لتحسين وتطوير الحركات الدقيقة للأطفال المصابين بالشلل الدماغي. عينة البحث تم تطبيق الاستبيان على عينة قوامها (١٠) أطفال من المصابين بالشلل الدماغي والمترددين على مركز السلام للتأهيل الحركي بمدينة فاقوس محافظة الشرقية وقد قام الباحث بتطبيق الدراسة الأساسية في الفترة من يوم السبت الموافق 8/١/2022م حتى يوم الأربعاء ٣٠/3/2022م. وكانت أهم النتائج هي: -توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا لدى عينة البحث بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي ولصالح القياس البعدي في متغيرات الحركات الأساسية وهي (المشي- الجلوس من القيام- القيام من الجلوس- الرمي- المسك- الجري- القفز). -توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا لدى عينة البحث بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي ولصالح القياس البعدي في متغيرات الحركات الدقيقة وهي (مسك القلم- الكتابة أرقام وحروف- فتح وغلق غطاء زجاجة- صعود وهبوط سلم المنزل). -استخدام تمرينات البرنامج التدريبي المقترح تؤثر إيجابيا على مطاطية ومرونة العضلات العاملة الخاصة بالحركات الأساسية. -استخدام تمرينات البرنامج التدريبي المقترح تؤثر إيجابيا على مطاطية ومرونة العضلات العاملة الخاصة بالحركات الدقيقة. -أدي تحسين مجموعة الحركات الأساسية والحركات الدقيقة إلى اعتماد أفراد عينة البحث من الأطفال المصابين بالشلل الدماغي على أنفسهم في ممارسة الأنشطة الحياتية اليومية بدون تدخل من الأسرة. The study aims to prepare a proposed educational program of therapeutic functional exercises to improve and develop the basic movements of children with cerebral palsy. Research sample The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (10) children with cerebral palsy who attended Al Salam Center for Motor Rehabilitation in Faqous City, Sharkia Governorate. The researcher applied the basic study in the period from Saturday corresponding to 8/1/ 2022 AD until Wednesday 30 3/ 2022 AD. The most important results were: • There are statistically significant differences in the research sample between the tribal and remote measurements in favor of the dimensional measurement in the basic movement variables, which are (walking- sitting from standing- standing from sitting- throwing- holding- running- jumping). • There are statistically significant differences in the research sample between the tribal and remote measurements in favor of the dimensional measurement in the variables of precise movements, which are (holding the pen- writing numbers and letters- opening and closing the bottle cap- going up and down the house ladder). • The use of the proposed training program exercises positively affect the elasticity and flexibility of the working muscles of the basic movements. • The use of the proposed training program exercises positively affect the elasticity and flexibility of the working muscles of the fine movements. • Improving the basic and fine movements group led to the dependence of the research sample of children with cerebral palsy on themselves in practicing daily life activities without the interference of the family. |
