| المستخلص: | يعد النهوض بقطاع الصناعات التحويلية مطلبا هاما من متطلبات التنمية الاقتصادية، وعليه استهدفت الدراسة: البحث عن أهم محددات دالة الاستثمار للصناعات التحويلية، ومعرفة نسبة مساهمة كل منها في التغير في حجم الاستثمار للصناعات التحويلية مقارنة بباقي المحددات الأخرى، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والأسلوب القياسي، ولقد جاءت النتائج بأن هناك علاقة طردية بين المتغير التابع (حجم الاستثمار للصناعات التحويلية في مصر) وكل من المتغيرات المستقلة (حجم مشاركة القطاع العام في الاستثمارات الصناعية التحويلية- حجم مشاركة القطاع الخاص في الاستثمارات الصناعية التحويلية- نسبة الصادرات الصناعية التحويلية من جملة صادرات السلع- سعر الفائدة الحقيقي- سعر الصرف المحلي -معدل التضخم- الحوكمة الرشيدة)، علما بأن متغير مشاركة القطاع الخاص في الاستثمار للصناعات التحويلية قد ساهم في التغير حجم الاستثمار للصناعات التحويلية بمقدار 70% يليه متغير مشاركة القطاع العام في الاستثمار للصناعات التحويلية والذي ساهم في التغير في حجم الاستثمار للصناعات التحويلية بمقدار 30%، يليهم باقي المحددات من حيث مساهمتهم في التغير في المتغير التابع، كما جاءت النتائج أيضا بوجود تأخر في مؤشرات التنافسية العالمية، مما يستوجب تهيئة مناخ استثماري ملائم للنهوض بالصناعات التحويلية. Upgrading the manufacturing sector is an important requirement of economic development. The study aimed to investigate the most important determinants of the investment function of the manufacturing industries. and to know the percentage of each contribution to the change in the investment volume of the manufacturing industries compared to the other determinants, using the descriptive approach and the econometrics method. The results indicated that there is a positive correlation between the dependent variable (the volume of investment in manufacturing industries in Egypt) and each of the independent variables (the size of the public sector participation in the manufacturing investments- the size of the private sector participation in the manufacturing investments- the proportion of manufacturing exports of total exports of goods- The real interest rate- the local exchange rate- inflation rate- good governance). The variable of private sector participation in investment in manufacturing industries contributed to the change in the volume of investment in manufacturing by 70% followed by the variable of public sector participation in Investment in manufacturing industries, which contributed to the change in the volume of investment in manufacturing by 30%. followed by the rest of the determinants in terms of their contribution to the change in the dependent variable, the results also showed a belated in global competitiveness indi¬cators. which necessitates creating an investment climate favorable to the promotion of manufacturing industries. |
