| المستخلص: | بدأ الباحث بحثه ببيان أهمية دور فقه الدعوة والحاجة إليه، ومن ثم قسم بحثه إلى مبحثين: جاء في الأول الحديث عن الفقه الدعوي في ضوء الأساليب، أما الثاني فقد عرج فيه عن فقه الدعوة في ضوء المناهج، وفي مجمل الملخص يذكر الباحث: لقد تطورت الحياة تطورا ملحوظا، مما أوجد قضايا شائكة وجديدة في طبيعتها لم تكن معروفة في دنيا الناس، الأمر الذي فرض نفسه بقوة على الحقل الدعوي من أجل مواكبة العصر ومسايرة التطور حتى لا نوصف بالرجعيين، بعدما غاب دور الفقه التقليدي عن تلبية متطلبات الواقع المعاش، لذا لابد من حراك دعوي حقيقي قوي يحقق الدعاة خلاله التناغم والانسجام بين الواقع والمأمول، ويربط الواقع بدنيا البشر، وليس أدل على ذلك من فقه الدعوة. The researcher began his research by explaining the importance of the role of advocacy jurisprudence and the need for it, and then divided his research into two sections: the first came to talk about advocacy jurisprudence in the light of methods, and the second was about the jurisprudence of advocacy in the light of the curriculum, and in the summary the researcher mentions: Life has evolved A remarkable development, which created new and thorny issues in their nature that were not known in the world of people, which imposed itself forcefully on the advocacy field in order to keep pace with the times and keep pace with development so as not to be described as reactionaries, after the role of traditional jurisprudence was absent from meeting the requirements of lived reality, so it is necessary to A strong real advocacy movement through which preachers achieve harmony and harmony between reality and hope, and link reality with the world of human beings, and there is no evidence for that from the jurisprudence of the call. |
