| المستخلص: | تعد التنمية الريفية والتنمية الحضرية حجر الزاوية في تقدم المجتمع، وان اختلال التوازن بينهما تنمويا يعد من الأسباب الرئيسة في إعاقة برامج التنمية القومية لتحقيق أهدافها. يهدف البحث إلى دراسة واقع وإمكانيات التنمية الريفية المستدامة في قضاء الدير في محافظة البصرة من أجل العمل على تطوير التجمعات السكانية في القضاء وتحسين مستوى الخدمات فيه. اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال وصف منطقة الدراسة وتحليل البيانات والعوامل المؤثرة في التنمية الريفية في قضاء الدير. أظهرت الدراسة وجود مقومات جغرافية طبيعية وبشرية للتنمية الريفية المستدامة في قضاء الدير، إلا أنها تعاني من مشكلات يمكن تلافيها بوضع استراتيجية تعمل على تطوير المجتمع الريفي في منطقة الدراسة. افترضت الدراسة بوضع خطة للتنمية الريفية للاستغلال الأمثل للمقومات الطبيعية والبشرية المتوفرة في القضاء، وإلى تبني استراتيجيات تطوير وتنمية قطاع الزراعة وتحسين كفاءة استخدام الأراضي الزراعية مع التصنيع وتحسين قطاع الخدمات على المدى المتوسط والبعيد من أجل تحقيق تنمية ريفية متكاملة في قضاء الدير. Rural development and urban development are the cornerstone of the progress of society, and the imbalance between them in development is one of the main reasons for impeding the national development programs to achieve their goals. The research aims to study the reality and possibilities of sustainable rural development in Al-Dair district in Basra governorate in order to work on developing the population centers in the district and improving the level of services in it. The research adopted the descriptive analytical method by describing the study area, analyzing the data and the factors affecting rural development in the Al-Deir district. The study showed the existence of natural and human geographic components for sustainable rural development in Al-Deir district, but it suffers from problems that can be avoided by developing a strategy that works to develop the rural community in the study area. The study assumed the development of a rural development plan for the optimal use of the natural and human resources available in the district, and to adopt strategies to develop and develop the agricultural sector, improve the efficiency of agricultural land use with industrialization, and improve the service sector in the medium and long term in order to achieve integrated rural development in the Al-Deir district. |
