| 520 | |b The objective of this contribution is to understand the role of economic diplomacy in the promotion of trade and the level of investment between Algeria and the countries of the Sub-Saharan Africa region. Based on a descriptive and analytical approach of some data related to the evolution of the volume of trade and investment between Algeria and this area, this contribution shows that the economic diplomacy of Algeria is still embryonic in Sub-Saharan Africa. Algeria is developing an African economic policy based on energy resources, transport infrastructure, security and peace, and its companies are almost absent in the policy of conquering Sub-Saharan markets. The results of the research conclude on the need to remove the obstacles slowing down the exports, in particular the non-hydrocarbon exports, of Algeria towards the Sub-Saharan Africa and this by capitalizing on its geostrategic position and the prestigious policies maintained in Africa. |d L’objectif de cette contribution est d’appréhender le rôle de la diplomatie économique dans la promotion du commerce et le niveau d’investissement entre l’Algérie et les pays de la zone d’Afrique Sub-saharienne. En s’appuyant sur une approche descriptive et analytique de certaines données liées à l’évolution du volume des échanges et de l’investissement entre l’Algérie et cette zone, cette contribution montre que la diplomatie économique de l’Algérie est encore embryonnaire en Afrique subsaharienne. L’Algérie développe une politique économique africaine plutôt fondée sur les ressources énergétiques, les infrastructures de transport, la sécurité et la paix, et ses entreprises sont quasi absentes dans la politique de conquête des marchés subsahariens. Les résultats de la recherche concluent sur la nécessité de lever les obstacles freinant les exportations, notamment les exportations hors Hydrocarbures, de l’Algérie vers l’Afrique subsaharienne et ce en capitalisant sa position géostratégique et les politiques prestigieuses entretenues en Afrique. | ||
