| المستخلص: | يتناول البحث الخطاب الاستشراقي وتأثيره على فكر الشعوب الغربية، وغاياته، وكيفية دراسته، مع إشارة إلى الدراسات التي تناولته قبل صدور كتاب الاستشراق لإدوارد سعيد عام (1978م) وبعده، ويثبت خلال البحث أن الخطاب الاستشراقي رسم صورة نمطية غاية في السلبية للشعوب التي طالها الاستعمار كالهنود الحمر وشعوب الشرق، تجردهم من أدنى صفة إيجابية، بعيدا عما يمثله الواقع، وهذه الصورة هي التي أريد لها الاستقرار في ذهنية الغربي لأسباب ذكرت في ثنايا البحث، وقد نجح الخطاب في ذلك. وقد أشار البحث أيضا إلى الجانب المشرق من الدراسات الاستشراقية وإن كان قليلا، كما أشار إلى صورة الغرب في الخطاب الشرقي أو في (الاستغراب)، إذ كانت هي الأخرى صورة نمطية سلبية لا تمثل كل ما عليه الآخر الغربي في الواقع، وإن كانت تلك إشارات عابرة في ثنايا البحث إلا أنها -كما نزعم- أثرت البحث. The research deals with the Orientalist discourse and its impact on the thought of Western peoples, its goals, and how to study it, with reference to the studies that dealt with it before and after the publication of Edward Said’s Orientalism book in (1978 AD) and after. The Reds and the peoples of the East, stripping them of the slightest positive characteristic, away from what reality represents, and this image was intended to stabilize the Western mentality for reasons mentioned in the research, and the discourse succeeded in that. The research also referred to the bright side of oriental studies, albeit a little, as it referred to the image of the West in the eastern discourse or in (Occidentalism), as it was also a negative stereotype that does not represent everything that the other Western is in reality, although these are passing references In the fold of the research, but - as we claim - it enriched the research. |
