| المستخلص: | البحث هو (الإمام محمد بن مقاتل الرازي وآراؤه الفقهية في صلاة المعذور والمرأة، وزلة القارئ، مقارنة بالمذاهب الأربعة)، وقد وقع اختياري عليه لدراسة وإظهار إمام من أئمة الفقه، لم يقدم أحد على دراسته، وإظهار ما له من آراء قد يتفق له أن يخالف أئمة المذهب بها؛ لدلائل ظهرت له، ومقارنتها بالمذاهب الأربعة، وأقوال بعض الفقهاء، وبيان الراجح منها، ورغم أن أصحاب الحديث ضعفوا هذا الإمام الجليل، إلا أن هذا لا يقدح في مكانته العلمية في كثير من الفنون، كالتفسير، والفقه واللغة، وقد قسمت البحث على أربعة مباحث: الأول: حياة الإمام محمد بن مقاتل الرازي، ويشتمل على حياته الشخصية والعلمية. الثاني: صلاة المعذور، ويشتمل على الصلاة على دابة عليها نجاسة، والصلاة مع استمرار النجاسة، وصلاة من نسي صلاة لا يعرف عينها. الثالث: صلاة المرأة، ويشتمل على اقتدائها بالرجل ومحاذاتها له، ورفع يدييها في التكبير. الرابع: زلة القارئ، ويشتمل على اللحن في الإعراب، والمد في التكبير. The research (AL-Emam Mohammad bin Moqatil Al-Razi waaraihi al-feqhiah fy salat almaathur, walmarah, wazilat alqari muqarantn bilmathahib alarbaa) I have selected it to study and display in front of the imams of jurisprudence, No one has ever studied him, and showing his opinions may agree for him to contradict the imams of the doctrine, because of the evidence that appeared to him, and comparing it to the four schools of thought and the sayings of some jurists, and the most correct statement of them, Although the authors of the hadith weakened this great imam, this does not detract from his scholarly position in many arts, such as interpretation, jurisprudence, and language. The research was divided into four sections: First: The life of Imam Muhammad bin Muqatil al-Razi.It includes his personal and scientific life. The second: The excused prayer. It includes: Praying on an animal on which there is impurity, and for whom there is an impurity on his clothes that does not help to wash it, and for whoever forgot a prayer he does not know the exact same. The third: Woman's prayer: It includes: following the example of the man and her alignment with him, and raising her hands when saying Allah Akbar. Fourth: The reader's slip. It includes: Parsing error, and the tide in Allah Akbar. |
