| المستخلص: | بما أننا نعيش هذا الواقع المتسارع والمنافسة العالية بين المنظمات والمؤسسات، كان لابد لأي منظمة أن تحسن أدائها من خلال استحداث واستخدام تقنيات حديثة لأجل التفوق في جودة الأداء المنتظم من خلال استخدام تأثير إدارة المعرفة بتسخيرها بكل أبعادها، ولكي نسلط الضوء على جودة القرار المتخذ عند الحاجة كان بحثنا هذا في هذا المجال وبعد دراسة نتائج الاستبيانات توصلنا لما يلي: أن متغير إدارة المعرفة ذا تأثير مباشر وخطير على جودة القرار المتخذ بمعنى أنه عندما يكون إدارة المعرفة مساويًا للصفر فان جودة القرار المتخذ لن يقل عن هذه القيمة. إذ لابد للمؤسسات والمنظمات أن تعرف أهمية إدارة المعرفة من حيث الخبرة الميدانية والمهنية وجمع وتحليل المعلومة وصولًا إلى الاستنتاج باستخدام برامج تقنيه حديثه وقاعدة معلومات دقيقة يمكن من خلالها تسير الأعمال وتحديد المشاكل بدقة. لابد من توافر بعد إنتاج المعرفة في المؤسسات والمنظمات وهذا يعني أن الأفراد العاملون لهم كفاءة عالية من خلال الدورات التدريبية المتخصصة وتطوير المعرفة من خلال اكتشاف معلومات جديدة. Since we live in this accelerating reality and the high competition between organizations and institutions, it was necessary for any organization to improve its performance by introducing and using modern technologies in order to excel in the quality of regular performance through the use of the effect of knowledge management. Our research was in this field, and after studying the results of the questionnaires, we found the following: The knowledge management variable has a direct and dangerous impact on the quality of the decision taken, meaning that when knowledge management is equal to zero, the quality of the decision taken will not be less than this value. Institutions and organizations must know the importance of knowledge management in terms of field and professional experience, collecting and analyzing information, leading to a conclusion using modern technical programs and an accurate information base through which business can proceed and problems accurately. There must be a dimension of knowledge production in institutions and organizations, and this means that working individuals have high efficiency through specialized training courses and the development of knowledge through the discovery of new information. |
