The first topic came under the title of the Ottoman schools from inception until the era of Muhammad al-Fatah, and the second topic was titled the development of the Ottoman schools from the era of al-Fatah until the era of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent. The third topic dealt with the development of the Ottoman schools in the legal era, then their decline and backwardness in the era of weakness and the stagnation and decline that befell them and the reasons for that until the fall of the Ottoman Empire in 1924. | ||
