| المستخلص: | تجلت مشكلة البحث خلال خبرة الباحثون وجدوا أن هناك بعض النواحي الإدارية تشكل مرتكزاً أساسياً في النجاح ومن أهم هذه النواحي نظم المعلومات الإدارية وتأثيره على القرار المتخذ حيث تعتبر من ركائز العمل الإداري والتواصل بين المرؤوس والموظفين في مؤسسات الدولة، هدف الدراسة هو بناء مقياسي لنظم المعلومات الإدارية والقرار المتخذ والتعرف على تأثيره بمدراء ومسؤولي الشعب لدى الموهبة الرياضية وطبيعة العلاقة بينهما، استعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته طبيعة الدراسة، واشتمل مجتمع البحث بجميع مديري ومسؤولي الشغب في أقسام الموهبة الرياضية والبالغ عددهم (76) وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية إذ تبلغ عينة البحث (76) مدير ومسؤول شعبة عينة البناء و(15) مدير ومسؤول شعبة عينة التجربة الاستطلاعية حيث قام الباحث ببناء وتطبيق المقياسي، بعد استخراج الأسس العلمية لهما استنتج الباحث إن علاقة الارتباط بين المقياسين توضح لنا انه كلما زاد احدهما زاد الأخر وهذا ينعكس إيجابيا في اتخاذ القرار. The problem of the research largely depends on the experience of the researchers who find that there are some administrative aspects that constitute a fundamental basis for success. The most important of these aspects is management information systems which has its impact on decision-making, as it is considered one of the pillars of administrative work and communication between subordinates and employees in state institutions. The descriptive approach is used to identify the decision taken, its impact on the managers and officials of the sections on the sports talent and the nature of the relationship between them. In fact, the descriptive approach is used because it greatly fits the nature of the study. The research community includes all the managers and the officials in the sports talent departments, numbered (76). The research sample is chosen in a deliberate way, totally (76) directors and officials of the Building Sample Division and (15) directors and officials of the Experimental Experiment Sample Division. The researcher built and applied the standard, after extracting the scientific foundations for them. It is concluded that the relationship between the two measurements for managers and officials of the sections in sports talent is a significant relationship with statistical significance. There is, a direct relationship between the two measurements which shows that there is a positive relation between them. |
