| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد متطلبات الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع مرضي انفصام بمؤسسات الصحة النفسية. وتحددت هذه المتطلبات في: المتطلبات المعرفية والعمية والمهارية. وتناولت الدراسة بالشرح والتوضيح تعريف كل من: الأداء المهني، الفصام. وتم شرح كل من نظرية الدور كإطار نظري موجه للدراسة الحالية. والدراسة من نمط الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج العلمي باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لأسر مرضي الفصام بمؤسسات الصحة النفسية بمحافظة سوهاج وأسيوط وعددهم (50) مفردة، وكذلك منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمؤسسات الصحة النفسية بمحافظة سوهاج وأسيوط وعددهم (٢١) مفردة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج الهامة وذلك فيما يتعلق بمتطلبات الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع مرضي الفصام بمؤسسات الصحة النفسية (المتطلبات المعرفية والقيمية والمهارة). وفي نهاية الدراسة تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات المفيدة في تحسين وتطوير الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع مرضي الفصام. The current study aimed to determine the professional performance requirements for social workers working with schizophrenia patients in mental health institutions. These requirements were identified in: cognitive, value and skill requirements. The study dealt with the explanation and clarification of the definition of each of: professional performance, schizophrenia. Role theory was explained as a guiding theoretical framework for the current study. The study is from the type of descriptive studies, and the study relied on the scientific method using the comprehensive social survey method for families of schizophrenic patients in mental health institutions in Sohag and Assiut governorates, and their number is (50) individuals, as well as the comprehensive social survey approach for social workers in mental health institutions in Sohag and Assiut governorates, and their number is (21) individuals. The study reached a set of important results regarding the professional performance requirements of social workers working with schizophrenia patients in mental health institutions (cognitive, value and skill requirements). At the end of the study, a set of useful recommendations were presented in improving and developing the professional performance of social workers working with schizophrenia patients. |
