| المستخلص: | يعتبر الاهتمام بمرحلة الطفولة هو أساس تقدم ورفاهية أي مجتمع، لأن طفل اليوم هو رجل الغد ويمكن أن يحدث ذلك من خلال تحسين ظروف تنشئتهم وحمايتهم من أي أخطار تهدد أمنهم والتغلب على العقبات التي تعترض نموهم وتقدمهم. وبالتالي فإن الاهتمام بفئة الأطفال المعرضين للخطر هدف أساسي في أي مجتمع نظرا لانتشار هذه الظاهرة في أغلبية الدول العربية بنسب متفاوتة، وبالتالي لابد من وضع البرامج اللازمة للتعامل معها. وهنا تظهر أهمية المدخل الوقائي لأنه يستخدم قبل حدوث المشكلة وذلك بهدف منعها من الظهور أو تجنب حدوثها، ويمكن بذلك مساعدة الأفراد والجماعات والمنظمات والمجتمعات على تفادي المشكلات المتوقعة أو التنبؤ بها. ولذلك حاولت الدراسة الراهنة وصف الجهود الوقائية التي يمكن أن تستخدمها لجان حماية الطفل والأطفال المعرضين للخطر بصفة خاصة بالتعاون مع الجمعيات والمنظمات العاملة في مجال حماية الأطفال في إطار المدخل الوقائي لحمايتهم من التعرض للأخطار بكافة أشكالها وذلك من منظور طريقه تنظيم المجتمع. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الباحثة الدراسة الوصفية واعتمدت على المنهج العلمي باستخدام المسح الاجتماعي الشامل وبالعينة، بالاعتماد على استمارة (استبيان) مطبقة على العاملين بلجان حماية الأطفال المعرضين للخطر، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة التي تم التطبيق عليها (٥٦). Attention to childhood is the foundation of the progress and well-being of any society. Today's child is tomorrow's man. This can happen by improving their upbringing conditions, protecting them from threats to their security and overcoming obstacles to their development and progress. Hence, attention to the category of children at risk is a fundamental objective in any society, given that this phenomenon is widespread in the majority of Arab States in varying proportions, and therefore the crisis programs must be developed to deal with it. This shows the importance of the preventive input because it is used before the problem occurs, with the aim of preventing it from appearing or avoiding it, thus helping individuals, groups, organizations and communities to avoid or predict the expected problems. The current study therefore attempted to describe the preventive efforts that could be used by child protection committees and children at risk in particular in cooperation with associations and organizations working in the field of children's protection within the framework of the preventive entrance to protect them from exposure to all forms of hazards from the perspective of organizing society. To this end, the researcher used the descriptive study and relied on the scientific curriculum using the comprehensive social survey and sample, drawing on a form (questionnaire) applicable to staff of the Child protection committees who are vulnerable.
