| المستخلص: | يعد مرض القوباء (mSpnt) أحد الأمراض الجلدية الذي ورد على البرديات الهيراطيقية الطبية في مصر القديمة، والذي أمكن تحديد نظير مرضي حديث له، من خلال مسميات المرض في مصر القديمة، ومن خلال تتبع أصلها اللغوي وطرق تطبيق العلاج المقدم له، وهو مرض جلدي بكتيري معدي للغاية، يظهر على هيئة ثآليل لونها بني وتترك قشرًا على الجلد مع حكة شديدة في الوجه وحول الأنف والفم والعنق، وعلى مختلف أعضاء الجسم، تنتقل العدوى من خلال التلامس المباشر مع شخص مصاب، أو من خلال استخدام الملابس وأغطية الأسرة الملوثة بالبكتيريا، ورد مرض القوباء على برديات الحماية التمائمية، على ظهر بردية المتحف البريطاني رقم (BM EA 10083) سطر (40-44)، وعلى ظهر بردية متحف تورين رقم (Turin 1983) سطر (27-34)، وعلى وجه بردية متحف تورين رقم (Turin 1984) سطر (105-107)، ووجه بردية متحف تورين رقم (Turin 1985) سطر (٢٧-٣٠)، ووجه بردية متحف برلين رقم (Berlin 10462) سطر (67-72)، كما ورد علاج هذا المرض في (٦) وصفات على بردية هيرست، ويقابلها على بردية اللوفر الوجه رقم (٣٢٨٤٧): من سطر (12.3-12.2) إلى سطر (12.5)، واستخدم في علاج مرض القوباء تلاوة التعاويذ السحرية على عقار طبي، والعقاقير الطبية بمفردها، وتوضع كدهان خارجي على المنطقة المصابة أو التضميد. Impetigo (mSpnt) is one of the skin diseases mentioned in the medical hieratic papyri in ancient Egypt, for which it was possible to identify a modern pathological counterpart, through the nomenclature of the disease in ancient Egypt, and by tracing its linguistic origin and methods of applying the treatment provided to it, It is a highly contagious bacterial skin disease, which appears in the form of brown warts and leaves a crust on the skin with severe itching on the face and around the nose, mouth and neck, and on different parts of the body, the infection is transmitted through direct contact with an infected person, or through the use of contaminated clothing and bed covers with bacteria, impetigo was appeared on the Oracular Amuletic Decrees Papyrus, on the Recto of the British Museum papyrus No. (BM EA 10083) line (40-44), and on the Recto of the Turin Museum Papyrus No. (Turin 1983), line (27-34), and on the Recto of the Turin Museum papyrus (Turin 1984) line (105-107), the Turin Museum papyrus Verso No. (Turin 1985), line (27-30), and the Berlin Museum Papyrus Verso No. (Berlin 10462) line (67-72), as the treatment of this disease is appeared in (6) Recipes on the Hearst Papyrus, corresponding to it on the Louvre Papyrus, Verso No. (32847): from line (12.3–12, 2) to line (12,5), and it was used in the treatment of Impetigo disease is the recitation of magical spells on a medicinal drug, and medicinal drugs only, and applied as an external ointment on the affected area or as a ligature. |
