| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان مراد الله تعالى من وراء آيات الله موضع التأويل؛ أن الحق جل وعلا منزه عن المكان والزمان والحلول والاتصال والصعود، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف بالتأويل لغة واصطلاحاً، ثم التفريق بين التأويل والتفسير وشروط التأويل وأقسامه. اتبع الدارس في دراسته هذه المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي الذي يتتبع المعلومة في مظانها المنوطة بها حتى يخرج بالذي يفيد الدارس والباحث في هذا المجال. وتأتي أهمية هذا الموضوع لكونه يتعلق بعلم من أجل العلوم الإسلامية ألا وهو البحث في كلام الله تعالى الذي لا يأتي على آخره أحد، ثم فضلاً عن أنه لا يحظى باعتبار الباحثين والدارسين. ومن نتائج هذه الدراسة أن التأويل يتعلق بالمعاني دون الألفاظ وأن الخطاب الشرعي يتسم بكثرة معانيه واحتمالاته فلا يتوقف عند حرفية النصوص أو ظواهرها بل تعداه إلى التأويل والتفسير. The study aims to clarify what is meant by God Almighty behind the ayatollahs subject to interpretation. That the truth, the Almighty and Sublime, is free from place, time, solutions, communication and ascension. The study also aims to introduce interpretation in language and idiomatically, then differentiate between interpretation and interpretation and terms and sections of interpretation. In his study, the student followed this descriptive inductive approach that tracks the information in its components entrusted to it until it comes out with what is useful to the study and researcher in this field. The importance of this topic stems from the fact that it relates to a science for the sake of Islamic sciences, namely, research on the words of God Almighty, which no one else comes to pass, and in addition to that it does not receive the consideration of researchers and scholars. Among the results of this study is that interpretation is related to meanings without words, and that the legal discourse is characterized by its abundance of meanings and possibilities. |
