| المستخلص: | واجه العالم خلال الأشهر الأولى من عام 2020 م جائحة تفشت عالميا، واصطلح على تسميتها فايروس كوفيد 19 المستجد، وأجبرت هذه الجائحة معظم دول العالم الانغلاق على نفسها، ومن ذلك تطبيق الحجر المنزلي وحظر الانتقال وإيقاف مظاهر وأنشطة نشأنا وتعودنا عليها، مما خلق أزمات حقيقية في مختلف جوانب الحياة حولنا وتسببت في تقليل أعداد العاملين في القطاعات الحكومية والخاصة، وإلى إغلاق المدارس والجامعات والمحال التجارية والمقاهي، وحركة الملاحة ومعظم مناحي العيش التي كنا نعتقد أنها أشكالاً حتمية للحياة الطبيعية. نتيجة لذلك أُعيد توجيه علاقة المواطنين في كل الدول بحكوماتهم، وبالعالم الخارجي، بل وحتى مع بعضهم البعض وظهور دلائل تشير إلى تغيرات جوهرية حدثت بالفعل، مثل التراجع عن العولمة وتقوية حالة الدولة القومية، وإغلاق الحدود السياسية، ومنع سفر المواطنين إلى دول العالم. إن الخبراء يرون أن أزمة بهذا الحجم يمكن أن تعيد ترتيب المجتمعات بطرق درامية -للأفضل أو للأسوأ-حسب ما سينبني مستقبلا على أساليب التعامل مع المخاطر والمتغيرات التي سوف تخلقها هذه الأزمة ولا تزال جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19) يؤثر في العالم اجتماعياً واقتصادياً، وحتى سياسياً في النصف الأول من عام 2020، تحتل مكاناً مركزياً في الأجندة العالمية فقد انتشرت الجائحة في جميع الدول تقريباً، وخلفت تداعيات اقتصادية واجتماعية وسياسية متباينة وكغيرها من الدول، وتحاول الدول مواجهة الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية السلبية لهذه الجائحة، ومع ارتفاع أعداد الإصابات في دول العالم، رُصدت آثار سياسية واجتماعية متنوعة فحاولت الحكومات حل هذه المشكلات بأدوات محدودة في هذا البحث سأستعرض بعض التأثيرات للأزمة التي نشأت عن تفشي فيروس كرونا المستجد على الفرد والمجتمع والدولة. During the first months of the year 2020, the world faced a pandemic that spread globally, and it was called the emerging covid 19 virus, and this pandemic forced most of the countries of the world to close themselves, including the application of home quarantine, the prohibition of movement and the cessation of manifestations and activities we grew up and used to, which created real crises in Various aspects of life around us and caused a decrease in the number of workers in the government and private sectors, and the closure of schools, universities, shops and cafes, navigation and most aspects of life that we thought were inevitable forms of normal life. As a result, the relationship of citizens in all countries with their governments, with the outside world, and even with each other has been redirected, and there are indications that fundamental changes have already taken place, such as the retreat from globalization, the strengthening of the state of the nation-state, the closure of political borders, and the prohibition of citizens traveling to countries of the world .Experts believe that a crisis of this magnitude could be Rearrange societies in dramatic ways - for better or worse - according to what will be based in the future on methods of dealing with risks and the variables that this crisis will create. The emerging Corona Virus (Covid-19) pandemic continues to affect the world socially, economically, and even politically in the first half of the year 2020, occupies a central place in the global agenda, as the pandemic has spread to almost all countries, and has had various economic, social and political repercussions, and like other countries, countries are trying to confront the negative social and economic effects of this pandemic With the increase in the number of infections in the countries of the world, various political and social effects were observed, and governments tried to solve these problems with limited tools. In this research, I will review some of the effects of the crisis that resulted from the outbreak of the new Corona virus on the individual, society and the state. |
