| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور القديم والحديث والمعاصر لمنطقة تبوك عبر الحقب التاريخية المختلفة نظرا للأهمية الاستراتيجية لتلك المنطقة التي تعد البوابة الشمالية الغربية للمملكة العربية السعودية، كما تعد معبرا للاتصال الحضاري والتجاري مع كل من بلاد الشام شمالا ومصر غربا، وكل من البحر الأحمر وخليج العقبة، في حين يعد ممرا وطريقا هاما للحجاج، وكذلك للتبادل الثقافي والتجاري مع العديد من شعوب العالم خاصة في غرب أفريقيا وقارة أوروبا، إضافة إلى ذلك تمثل منطقة تبوك أهمية مستقبلية غير محدودة تتمثل في إنشاء مشروع نيوم الذي يعد نقلة نوعية وحضارية واقتصادية لتاريخ منطقة تبوك، وكذلك لاقتصاد المملكة الطموح من أجل استغلال الإمكانات السياحية والاقتصادية المتعددة، إضافة إلى تمكين توطين التكنولوجيا واقتصادياتها كمركز عالمي جديد، وما يستلزم ذلك من تشعيل للعناصر الوطنية المدربة ودفع قدرة الاقتصاد السعودي بعيدا عن اقتصاديات النفط، وقد سعت الباحثة إلى استخدام المنهج التاريخي في تتبع الأحداث ومقوماتها، ورصد الآثار التاريخية العديدة التي تمتلكها منطقة تبوك، واستعانت أيضا بمعايير المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من رصد للبيانات والمعلومات من كافة المصادر، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أهمية استراتيجية هائلة لإمكانات المنطقة سياحيا واقتصاديا؛ مما يعدها من أحد أهم المناطق الواعدة في المملكة لتحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030 على كل من الجانب السياحي والاقتصادي والبشري. The study aimed to highlight the historical, modern and contemporary historical role of the Tabuk region through the different epochs, given the strategic importance of that region which is the northwestern gate of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as it is a crossing for civilized and commercial contact with the Levant in the north and Egypt in the west across the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba, while An important corridor for pilgrims and cultural and commercial exchange with many peoples of the world, especially in West Africa and Europe, in addition to that the Tabuk region represents an unlimited future significance represented in the establishment of the NEOM project, which is a qualitative and cultural shift in the history of the Tabuk region, as well as the Kingdom in order to exploit the tourism potential, Enabling technology localization and its economics as a new global center, and the necessity of operating for the trained national elements and pushing the Saudi economy’s ability away from the oil economies. Analytical monitoring of data and information from all sources of information, and the study found the existence of importance A huge strategy for the region’s tourism and economic potential, which is considered one of the most promising areas in the Kingdom to achieve the 2030 vision on both the tourist, economic and human side. |
