| المستخلص: | تناولت الدراسة تعريف الجريمة المعلوماتية في الأنظمة ذات العلاقة بما في ذلك نظام مكافحة جرائم المعلوماتية السعودي، كما تم تعريف أدوات الجريمة المعلوماتية وخصائصها، كما تعرضت الدراسة لتعريف أركان الجريمة المعلوماتية بما في ذلك الركن المادي والركن المعنوي، واتبعت الدراسة المنهجين التاريخي الوصفي والتحليلي، ثم الاعتماد على مصادر جمع المعلومات الثانوية والأولية المتمثلة في الكتب والمراجع والمجلات، وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث منها أهمية معرفة طبيعة الجريمة المعلوماتية وخصائصها وتطوير قوانين مكافحة جرائم المعلوماتية لتواكب التطور في الجريمة وأساليب ارتكابها وتشجع الباحثين على البحث في الجرائم المعلوماتية وفي تفسير وتطبيق قوانين مكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية المستحدثة. The study dealt with the definition of information crime in the relevant systems including the Saudi information crime control system, as well as the definition of the tools of information crime and its characteristics, as the study was exposed to the definition of the pillars of information crime, including the physical and moral pillars, and followed Study the historical descriptive and analytical approaches, then rely on the sources of the collection of secondary and primary information represented by books, references, and magazines and the most important findings of the researcher included the importance of knowing the nature of the information crime and its characteristics and developing laws against crimes Informatics to keep pace with the development of crime and the methods of committing it and encourage researchers to research information crimes and in the interpretation and application of the laws against the new information crimes. |
