| 520 | |a يبين هذا البحث آراء العلماء في حكم إطالة الركعة الأولى أكثر من الركعة الثانية في صلاة الفرض والنفل، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى: جمع أقوال فقهاء المذاهب الأربعة في تلك المسألة، مع بيان أدلتهم، ومناقشتها، وبيان القول الراجح، وسببه، وقد انتهج فيه المنهج الفقهي الاستقرائي، وتضمن: مقدمة، وتمهيدا، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة. وكان التمهيد: في بيان علة إطالة الركعة الأولى أكثر من الثانية، وتحرير محل النزاع في حكم المسألة، وخصص المبحث الأول: لبيان الأقوال في حكم هذه المسألة، وأفرد الثاني، لبيان أدلة الأقوال في حكمها، وجعل الثالث: لبيان الرأي الراجح فيها، ومن أهم النتائج التي تمخض عنها البحث: استحباب إطالة الركعة الأولى في جميع الصلوات المفروضة إذا صليت جماعة، وأما النافلة فلا يستحب تقصد ذلك فيها، ويوصي الباحث الباحثين بمواصلة البحث في هذه المسألة، وما يتفرع عنها أو يتصل بها، ومن ذلك: أن التطويل في الركعة الأولى هل هو متعلق بذات المقروء؟ أم بزمنه ولو قل المقروء؟ وأن التفاوت هل يعتبر بالآيات؟ أم بالكلمات والحروف؟ وتحرير حكم إطالة الركعة الثانية على الأولى. |b This research shows the opinions of scientists in the provision to prolong the first knee more than the second knee in the prayer of imposition and apostasy; This research aims to: collect the words of the scholars of the four doctrines in that matter, together with their evidence, discussion, and statement of the prevailing statement, and its reason, in which he pursued the inductive curriculum of jurisprudence, and included: Introduction, prelude, three detectives, and conclude, the prelude was, in the statement of the bug of prolonging the first knee more than the second, and editing disputed in the judgment of the matter, the first researcher devoted: To state the statements in the judgment of this matter, and the second individual: to set out the evidence of the statements in its judgment, and make the third: One of the most important findings of the research is: The desirability of prolonging the first knee in all prayers imposed if it is prayed collectively, while the wafer is not desirable to intend to do so. The researcher recommends that researchers continue to research the matter, and its branches or links, including: Is it about the same reader? Or in his time, if the reader says?
