| المستخلص: | حرص الإسلام في تعاليمه وتشريعاته على بناء الشخصية المستقلة المتميزة للمسلم سلوكا وتطبيقا، تلك الشخصية المستندة إلى قيم ومبادئ أخلاقية رفيعة ثابتة وراسخة؛ لتستقيم حياته، ويكتسب مكانة عالية تميزه عن غيره، ولكن عناية الإسلام بالإنسان وتكريمه له لم تنته بانتهاء حياته، بل امتدت إلى ما بعد موته. وعنوان هذه الدراسة: "القيم والمبادئ الأخلاقية الناظمة للتعامل مع الميت"، دراسة فقهية"، وهي ترصد حضور القيم والمبادئ الأخلاقية الإسلامية الرفيعة الناظمة للتعامل الإنساني مع الميت، وذلك من خلال عرض المظاهر والتطبيقات الفقهية العملية السائدة في التعامل مع الميت، إذ أن التعامل مع الميت يتطلب العديد من القيم والمبادئ الأخلاقية التي تشكل أسس التعامل معه ومرتكزاته، قيم تستمد ثباتها ورسوخها من كونها قيما ربانية المصدر والمنهج والهدف. وقد أكد الإسلام على أهمية التعامل مع الميت القائم على الخلق القويم، فالتعامل معه له واجبات والتزامات، ويحتاج إلى مجموعة من القيم والمبادئ الأخلاقية التي لا غنى عنها في تسهيل التعامل مع الميت، للوصول بالأفراد والمجتمع إلى سعادة الدنيا والآخرة. Islam has always paid close attention and care in its teachings and legislation to build the distinct independent personality of Muslims in behavior and enforcement, a personality based on high respectable moral values and principles that are firm and solid; to straighten the humans’ life and acquire a high status that distinguishes him from others. Islam's care and honouring of humans does not end by his death, its extended to after death. The title of this study is: "Ethical Values and Principles Governing the Handling and Dealing with the Dead: A Jurisprudential Study". During our research we found that presence of emphasis on high Islamic ethical values and principles that regulate human interaction with the dead, by presenting the prevailing jurisprudential aspects and practical execution of how to deal and handle the dead. Handling and Dealing with the dead requires several ethical values and principles that forms the foundations of dealing with them. These values derive their stability and solidity from being of divine source, method and goal. Islam affirms and emphasises on the importance of handling and dealing with the dead to be based on good and respectable morals. Dealing with the Dead Body has duties and obligations, and requires a set of moral values and principles that are indispensable in facilitating handling and dealing with the dead, to build and prepare individuals and societies to reach to happiness in this world and the Hereafter. |
