| المستخلص: | تعتبر جامعة الملك عبد العزيز من أكثر الجامعات توجها نحو التطوير والإبداع لتحقيق رؤية المملكة (2030م)، والعمل على بناء القدرات الذاتية لمنسوبي الجامعة في مجالات التخطيط الاستراتيجي المختلفة، وإعداد الدراسات الاستشرافية، ولا شك أن هذا التوجه يتطلب من الجامعة تطوير مشاركة المعرفة، ومواكبة التغيرات؛ حيث أصبح من الضروري مسايرة التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي في المؤسسات التعليمية العالمية، من خلال تطوير القيادات التعليمية ومشاركة وتبادل المعرفة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملين باستخدام أنظمة وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التي ترتبط بإنتاج المعرفة واكتسابها، وتوظيفها لصالح الارتقاء بحياة البشر؛ ذلك لأن بناء القدرات في مجال التكنولوجيا والذكاء الاصطناعي من شأنه أن يعزز القدرات المعرفية والتنموية في مختلف المجالات. ويسعى هذا البحث إلى التعرف على تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم العالي الجامعي، ومدى استفادة القيادة التعليمية بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز منه من خلال توظيفه في عملية مشاركة المعرفة بالإضافة إلى توضيح مستقبل الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم الجامعي، ولتحقيق ذلك تم تحديد آليات وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التي يمكن أن تساهم في تطوير مشاركة المعرفة بين القيادات التعليمية بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز، وتحديد وجه الارتباط بين عملية مشاركة المعرفة للقيادات التعليمية بالجامعة وبين مستحدثات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وارتكز البحث على مصطلح "الذكاء الاصطناعي، والقيادات التعليمية، والمؤسسات التعليمية، ويغطي البحث توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مشاركة المعرفة من وجهة نظر القيادات التعليمية بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز بالسعودية، وينتمى هذه البحث إلى البحوث أو الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية؛ أما المنهج المتبع في هذا البحث هو منهج دراسة الحالة، باستخدام أداة الاستبانة، ويمكن من خلال نتائج البحث تعميمه على المؤسسات التعليمية المماثلة، وقد تم التوصل إلى عدد من النتائج المهمة حول الموضوع. King Abdulaziz University is considered one of the most oriented universities towards development and creativity to achieve the Kingdom’s vision (2030 AD), and to work on building the self-capacities of the university’s employees in the various fields of strategic planning and preparing prospective studies. Undoubtedly, this trend requires the university to develop knowledge sharing, and keep pace with changes; Where it has become necessary to keep pace with scientific and technological development in global educational institutions, through the development of educational leaders and the sharing and exchange of knowledge between faculty members and workers using artificial intelligence systems and applications that related to the production and acquisition of knowledge, and their employment in the interest of improving human lives; This is because capacity-building in the field of technology and artificial intelligence would enhance cognitive and developmental capabilities in various fields,. This research seeks to identify the applications of artificial intelligence in higher education, and the extent to which the educational leadership at King Abdulaziz University benefit from it by employing it in the process of sharing knowledge in addition to clarifying the future of artificial intelligence in university education. To achieve this, the mechanisms and applications of artificial intelligence that It can contribute to the development of knowledge sharing among educational leaders at King Abdulaziz University, and to determine the link between the knowledge sharing process of educational leaders at the university and the innovations of artificial intelligence. The research covers the use of artificial intelligence techniques in sharing knowledge from the point of view of educational leaders at King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia. The method followed in this research is the documentary and the case study method, using the questionnaire tool, through which the results of the research can be generalized to similar educational institutions. On the strengths and weaknesses in the current knowledge sharing process, and the extent to which quality is achieved in knowledge sharing by employing artificial intelligence applications for this purpose, and a number of important results were reached on the subject. |
