| المستخلص: | سعت الدراسة لتحديد مفهوم الجرائم المعلوماتية، إضافة إلى النظريات النفسية والاجتماعية المفسرة لهذه الجرائم، وتحديد العوامل التي تدفع لارتكابها، وصولاً للأليات المناسبة لمكافحتها والحد من انتشارها في المجتمع. وتعد هذه الدراسة منهجياً من الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، واستخدمت منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، حيث تم سحب عينة عمدية ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة من العاملين في المؤسسات الأمنية في مجال الجرائم المعلوماتية في مناطق المملكة الرئيسة، وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) للحصول على بياناتها وإجراء المعالجات الإحصائية المناسبة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج كان من أهمها أن الحدود الجغرافية فقدت تأثيرها في الفضاء السيبراني، كما بينت النتائج أن اعتماد الجرائم المعلوماتية على ثقافة معقدة من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والشبكات الفضائية وعدم تصنيفها أدت إلى صعوبات في تحديد مفهومها. وكانت أبرز التصورات النظرية المفسرة للجرائم المعلوماتية ارتباطها بقدرة المجتمع على ضبط سلوك أفراده، ودور التغير في الأنشطة الروتينية في توفر الفرص لارتكابها في الفضاء السيبراني. ومن العوامل الدفعة لارتكابها ابتكار وسائل غير مشروعة لتحقيق الثراء السريع، والولع بجمع المعلومات، واستغلال المهارات لاستدراج الضحايا في المواقع الإلكترونية. وأوصت الدراسة باهتمام المراكز البحثية في إجراء المزيد من الدراسات للجرائم المعلوماتية وللقضايا المفاهيمية والنظرية والمنهجية، وتثقيف أفراد المجتمع لوقايتهم من أن يكونوا ضحايا محتملين لهذه الجرائم، والاهتمام في الحد من معدلات البطالة بتوفر فرص العمل والكسب المشروع. The study aimed to define the meanings that reveal the concept of Cybercrimes, in addition to the psychological and social theories that can be interpreted these crimes, the factors affecting them, and the appropriate mechanisms to combat Cybercrimes. In the theoretical framework, the study reviewed the definition of Cybercrimes and the scientific theories explaining these crimes, and previous studies that examined this subject. This study was considered from descriptive and analytical studies, and it used the method of a social survey of the sample, whereby an intentionally representative sample of the study community was drawn from workers in security institutions in the field of Cybercrimes. The study tool (questionnaire) was applied to obtain study data and conduct treatments the appropriate statistic. The results of the study concluded that geographical boundaries lost their influence in cyberspace, and their reliance on a complex culture of information technology and space networks and their lack of classification made it difficult to define their concept. The most prominent theoretical perceptions explaining Cybercrimes were its connection with the ability of society to control the behavior of its members, and the role of change in routine activities in providing opportunities to commit them in cyberspace. Among the factors, affecting its perpetration is the creation of illegal means to achieve quick wealth, the passion for gathering information, and the exploitation of skills to lure victims into websites. The study recommended providing more research on Cybercrimes and paying attention to protecting individuals from these crimes. |
