| المستخلص: | الحمد لله وحده، والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده، وبعد: انتشر بين عموم الناس في عصرنا القيام باستعمال المعقمات، خاصة بعد انتشار جائحة كورونا، ومع تعدد أنواع وأشكال المعقمات من حيث التركيب، ومع ما قد يتعارض ذلك مع مطلوبات الإحرام بالحج أو العمرة، فقد احتاج الأمر إلى بحث علمي، لمعرفة مدى أثر ذلك على الإحرام، وما قد يترتب عليه من الفدية. وقد قام البحث ببيان حكم استعمال المعقمات للمحرم في المذاهب الأربعة، وخلص إلى جواز استعمال المحرم لكل أنواع المعقمات الكحولية وغيرها، المعطرة وغير المعطرة. وأوصى الباحث بتوصيات منها: العناية بدراسة محظورات الإحرام الدراسة الفاحصة وبكتابة رسالة جامعية خاصة بمستجدات محظورات الإحرام، يتم فيها جمع الأشكال المعاصرة مما يحتاج إليه الحجاج والمعتمرون. وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon the one who’s no prophet after him. It has spread among the general public in our time to use antiseptics, especially after the spread of the Corona pandemic, and with the multiplicity of types and forms of antiseptics in terms of composition, and with what may contradict with the requirements of Ihram for Hajj or Umrah, it has needed scientific research, to find out the extent of the impact of this on Ihram And what may result from the ransom. The research has explained the ruling on the use of detergents for the forbidden in the four schools of thought, and it is detailed in the research, and the researcher concluded that it is permissible to use the forbidden for all types of alcoholic and other antiseptics, both perfumed and non-perfumed. Some of the recommendations of the researcher are: Pay attention to the prohibitions of Ihram by studying closely and by writing a university thesis on the developments of the prohibitions of Ihram, in which the contemporary forms of what the Hujaj and Mutamirin need are collected. And peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions as a whole. |
