| المستخلص: | تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط بحوث تقدير عائد التدخل المهني والتي تستهدف تحديد تأثير برنامج التدخل المهني لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع علي تنمية مهارات الرائدات الريفيات لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ولكي يمكن تحقيق الهدف من خلال الأهداف الفرعية التالية: تحديد تأثير برنامج التدخل المهني لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع على تنمية مهارة التفاعل والحوار والمناقشة البناءة والموضوعية للرائدات الريفيات، وتحديد تأثير برنامج التدخل المهني لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع على تنمية مهارة الاتصال للرائدات الريفيات، وتحديد تأثير برنامج التدخل المهني لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع على تنمية مهارة التفاوض للرائدات الريفيات، وتحديد تأثير برنامج التدخل المهني لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع على تنمية مهارة حل النزاع للرائدات الريفيات، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي، وقد اختارت الباحثة عدد من الرائدات الريفيات طبقا وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة وأثبتت نتائج الدراسة صحة الفرض الرئيس للدراسة وفروضه الفرعية والذي مؤداه " توجد فروق جوهرية دالة إحصائيا بين قبل وبعد تطبيق برنامج التدخل المهني لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتنمية مهارات الرائدات الريفيات لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة". This study belongs to the type of research estimating the return of professional intervention, which aims to determine the impact of the professional intervention program for the method of community organization on developing the skills of rural women leaders to achieve sustainable development, and in order to achieve the goal through the following sub-objectives: Determine the impact of the professional intervention program for the method of community organization on skill development Interaction, dialogue and constructive and objective discussion of rural women pioneers, and determining the impact of the professional intervention program for the method of community organizing on the development of the communication skill of rural women pioneers, and determining the impact of the professional intervention program for the method of community organizing on developing the negotiation skill of rural women pioneers, and determining the impact of the professional intervention program for the method of community organizing on the development of the problem solving skill The conflict of rural women pioneers, and the results of the study reached and the results of the study proved the validity of the main hypothesis of the study and its sub-hypotheses, which is that “there are significant statistically significant differences between before and after the application of the professional intervention program for the method of community organization to develop the skills of rural women pioneers to achieve sustainable development.” |
