| المستخلص: | بعث الله جلا وعلا محمد- صلى الله عليه وسلم- ليضيء نفوس البشرية جمعاء بنور الوحي، وبرفع سواد الجهل بمشكاة العلم، كيف لا؟ وأول سورة أنزلت سورة العلق فبدأت بقول (اقْرَأْ) فكانت نبراسا لدين الله تعالى (الإسلام) فبدأ النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بنشر تعاليم الإسلام ورفع الكفر والضلال عن طريق العلم الحوار وتحرير العقل من الزيف الدمار ثم تبعه بذلك أصحابه الأخيار فانتشروا في الأمصار ونشروا فيها العلم والخبار، وتتلمذ على أيديهم ثلة الأئمة الأطهار من التابعين وتابعي التابعين كأمثال (سعيد بن المسيب) وابن شهاب الزهري مجاهد بن جبر، وسليمان بن يسار والحسن البصري، ومحمد بن سيرين، عطاء بن أبي رباح، عكرمة مولى ابن عباس، وعلقمة بن قيس النخعي، طاوس بن كيسان وعمرو بن دينار، وكعب بن الأسود وسفيان بن عيينة، وسفيان الثوري، وعامر الشعبي، الليث بن سعد، وأبو حنيفة النعمان بن ثابت ومالك بن أنس، ومحمد بن إدريس الشافعي، وأحمد بن حنبل، يحيى بن معين، وإسحاق بن راهوية وغيرهم كثير.... ممن نشروا هدي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وعلمه وصانوا الشريعة بتدوينها ويسير مسائلها، والرد على أهل البدع والباطل ممن يشككون في شريعتنا المعصومة فوقفوا لهم كالطود الشامخ. يعتمد الباحث في البحث على المنهج التعريفي التحليلي حيث يتعرف المتلقي على أئمته الكرام وأصول مذهبهم من مصادر الكتب التي تعني بهذا الفن وتخلل ظاهرة التطاول عليهم من بعض المنتسبين للعلم وكيفية الرد عليهم. God Almighty sent Muhammad- may God’s prayers and peace be upon him- to illuminate the souls of all mankind with the light of revelation, and to lift the darkness of ignorance with the niche of knowledge, how not? And the first surah to be revealed was Surat Al-Alaq, and it began with the saying “Read” and it was a beacon to the religion of God Almighty (Islam), so the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, began to spread the teachings of Islam and remove infidelity and misguidance through knowledge through dialogue and liberation of the mind from falsehood and destruction. And the news, and a group of the pure imams from the followers and the followers of the followers, such as (Saeed bin Al-Musayyib), Ibn Shihab Al-Zuhri, Mujahid bin Jabr, Suleiman bin Yasar, Al-Hassan Al-Basri, Muhammad bin Sirin, Ata bin Abi Rabah, Ikrimah, Mawla bin Abbas, and Alqamah bin Qais studied at their hands. Al-Nakha’i, Tawus bin Kisan, Amr bin Dinar, Ka’b bin Al-Aswad, Sufyan bin Uyaynah, Sufyan Al-Thawri, Amer Al-Sha’bi, Al-Layth bin Saad, Abu Hanifa Al-Nu’man bin Thabit, Malik bin Anas, Muhammad bin Idris Al-Shafi’i, Ahmed bin Hanbal, Yahya bin Mu’in, And Ishaq bin Rahawiyeh and many others...” who spread the guidance and knowledge of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, preserved the Sharia by codifying it and facilitating its issues, and refuting the people of heresy and falsehood who doubt our infallible Sharia, so they stood for them like a towering hill. In the research, the researcher relies on the analytical descriptive approach, where the recipient gets to know his honorable imams and the origins of their doctrine from the sources of books that deal with this art, and the phenomenon of insulting them by some of those affiliated with science and how to respond to them. |
