| المستخلص: | يعد التعاون بين العائلة والمؤسسة التعليمية ذا استراتيجية مهمة، تساعد المؤسسة التعليمية على مواجهة تحديات الألفية الثالثة، عندما تكون العائلة مطلعة على مجهود المؤسسة التعليمية في تعليم أبنائها، فإنها تتفهم أهدافها وتدعمها. ويؤكد الباحثون الاجتماعيون على أهمية تعاون العائلة مع المؤسسة التعليمية ودورها في تحقيق النجاعة المدرسية. يرفع تعاون العائلة مع المدرسين كثيرا من قيمة التأطير العام الذي يعيش فيه التلميذ، ويشكل صلة وصل الطرفين، وقد يكونان مختلفين أو متقاربين إلى حد كبير، لكنهما يعملان على تحقيق هدف مشترك هو تنشئة الطفل اجتماعيا وتربيته، لأن التناقض بينهما يعكس صدمات على شخصية الطفل، هذا ما يجعل تعاونهما ضرورة من أجل النجاح المدرسي وشعور الطفل بالانتماء. إن الدولة مهما قدمت من إمكانيات ورصدت من اعتمادات مالية لا يمكنها بمفردها مواجهة جميع احتياجات المؤسسة التعليمية التي يبقى التعاون بينها والعائلة ضرورة للتقليل من ظاهرة الهدر المدرسي.
